- SSSantiago4 days ago2.0Ordered chicken McNuggets. The nuggets tasted awful. They tasted and smelled like burnt popcorn. The only thing worse was the service. No acknowledgement nor a single word from the cashier. I'm not asking to have a conversation, but I'm not looking for complete silence.

Then drove to window #2: no one was there, drove up to window #3. No one was there. The car behind me drove to window 2 and waited. If the person taking payment would communicate what window to drive up to that would have been helpful. Paid for a coffee I never received. Communication is key.

Waited over 10 minutes in a parking spot for a meal that was already ordered ahead on the app, and when it finally came out, the employee was just as disrespectful. Basic manners and customer service shouldn’t have to be taught but clearly, they are needed here.

I understand how frustrating it can be to work drive through but when you have a attitude then it doesn't make it any better. We placed a mobile order and were told "go park" just like that. We saw 20 drive through customers get their food before us and we placed the order 10 minutes prior to arriving to the restaurant.
