  This Market Street needs to work onvtheir produce departmet - lots of rotted fruit & veggies. A larger array of organic choices would be good.

  I am writing here for public display in hopes that someone in corporate does something about the verbal, emotional, and mental abuse by one specific deli worker. I used to see her a lot more during the week, and it was the same mean, unusually cruel customer service she always gives. I’ve had several interactions with her and twice I spoke to a manager by the name of Erin. Erin didn’t seem to care at all, as he was just as rude and dismissive of me, If not more. I don’t understand how someone with such poor manners or lack of kindness would be in a managerial position. He was so rude too! So this awful woman. . . She doesn’t wear a name tag, and when asked for her name, she refuses to give her name because and I quote, “I am not a Market Street employee, I work for a temp agency.” Today I asked another member of deli what her name is and I was told Stephanie. This woman is absolutely horrid and is the rudest person on the planet. She speaks down to you, belittles you, makes you feel stupid for even grabbing lunch at hot bar. I know I am Not the only one who feels this way about this lady. After my experience this afternoon I will no longer be giving this store my business. I ended up leaving my food because I was so upset that this woman made me feel like complete crap about the food i chose for my lunch. Proceeded to say that “the healthier option would be baked chicken anyways.” I couldn’t even stomach to wait around for a store manager, I was so embarrassed and shamed i just wanted to get out of there. Market street, this woman is going to prevent more customers from returning I promise you that. Please make some changes!

  Ripoff prices. Many items are 4x the value of shopping at any other major grocery store.

  Great grocery store, lots of selections of ready-made meals. Only downside is that they are quite pricier than other grocery stores.
