I felt confident he followed every safety rule while strapping us in, which was very reassuring being so high up. And, I noticed him staying engaged, helping at multiple stations, and giving clear directions throughout the experience.Although our server seemed less than thrilled to be working, Michael’s professionalism stood out. He should definitely be considered for a leadership role. Thank you, Michael!

Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond and was always willing to help with a problem-solving, will-do attitude. It was a great way to end the year for my well-deserved athletes.
