We purchased a few and left - sitting in our car outside the store. My friends enter after 15 mins and they come out with free donuts...This location never honors any promotions. Very bad customer service.

I was going to order a few donuts and the girl with the tattoos was bothered by the fact that I didn’t know the exact number of donuts I was going to buy. I planned on buying one of each but just ended up getting a few due to rude service and feeling like I was being rushed and an inconvenience, even tho I was the only customer there. Once I was done, the just tossed the box on the counter and walked away. Another gentlemen rung up my order. It’s disappointing to say the least but atleast there’s other donut spots in Frisco.

The employee gave him something that should never go to a customer. They tasted like straight grease. We live in Corinth which is about a 35-45 minute drive so we decided to drive back to get a new batch after calling to see if they were making more and when they closed. When we arrived I walked in with the box and told the lady what was going on she opened the box and instantly gave me a new box of fresh doughnuts. Then I asked her to make it right for the inconvenience she offered 3 additional single doughnuts. I was not happy with the offer so I asked her to speak with a manager when that person I arrived I asked the same question and he stood there not knowing how to make it right. I then asked him for a refund. He then had to call the real manager Paul who took almost 10 minutes to come . When he arrived he didn't say a word but tap your card here. This was one of the worst experience I have had here not to mentioned 1 dozen original doughnuts cost almost 17.00 which is insane.
- BBBrittanyJun 10, 20261.0Not as good as other locations. The taste was there but my favorite part is getting a warm doughnut. Isn't that why we all pay way too much for a piece of fried bread? Otherwise you are the same as any other basic doughnut place but just ripping people off, where as a mom and pop place is less expensive and honestly better. It was 7am, there is no reason my order should've been cold.
