  I was really disappointed with my visit to Jimmy John’s. I ordered a simple turkey sandwich, but the bread was old, stale, and dry. There were also little to no condiments, making the sandwich bland and unappetizing. For such a basic order, there’s really no excuse for serving food that isn’t fresh. This experience was unacceptable, and I expected much better.

  Another restaurant I can cross off my list and delete their app. Have eaten a lot of JJ subs over the years but the quality is gone. 2 paper thin slices of meat on a stale bun.

  Every time I order here, the drinks start to taste strange after a little while for some reason. I would encourage the owner/management to take a look at the ice machine or soda syrup tubes, might need a deep clean. Always enjoy the food and the team are cool people.
