    Ordered the Capicola, Salami, provolone with the works. Extra Mayo, Pickles, onions, crispy onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, etc. On French Bread Wow whatasandwich. Oh they even cut it in half like I asked. Ordered on the app. All for $5.99. Hope they keep the price. These guys are good. And Fast. Bring back the Freaky Fast Commercial about calling Jimmy John's instead of the Fire Dept.

    I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Jimmy John’s today. I walked in approximately 45 minutes before closing, expecting to be able to order a sandwich, only to be told that they had completely run out of bread. How does a sandwich shop like Jimmy John’s run out of bread nearly an hour before closing? Bread is one of the most basic and essential items you need to have available when your business is primarily selling sandwiches. If you’re open for business, customers should be able to expect that you have the necessary ingredients to make what they came in to purchase. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the only issue. I was still charged full price for what ended up being a very small kid sized sandwich, despite the fact that they were already limited on what they could offer. On top of that, they were also out of sweet tea. At this point, I honestly felt like I had been robbed. I understand that occasionally a business may run out of an item, but being out of bread and sweet tea 45 minutes before closing is unacceptable. There should be better inventory management and preparation, especially for your busiest and most basic products. I would really appreciate having a district manager or someone from upper management contact me regarding this experience. I would like to understand how Jimmy John’s is allowing a location to run out of bread this far before closing, why I was charged full price for such a kid sized sandwich, and what is being done to prevent this from happening again. I’m hoping someone from management takes this seriously and reaches out to me directly. Customers shouldn’t have to pay full price and leave feeling like they didn’t receive what they paid for.

    Went there and ordered two subs. My total was $20. I hand them a $50 bill and they say they can’t break 50s. How the heck does a business in this day and age not have $30 cash on hand? That’s not my fault that’s their fault. They should’ve gave me the damn sandwiches for free if they can’t break a $50 bill. Absolutely Ridiculous! They’ve lost my business
