    Foods good, I just can't get over the fact that after the guy took my debit card, he didn't change his gloves and proceeded to grab a box of sandwich bread, then stocked them up with the same gloves. I wonder how many times he took someone's debit cards with those gloves. How many times did he touch food with contaminated gloves. Maybe I'm a germaphobe but that's pretty gross to me. Someone could wipe their butt, not wash their hands, then go pay for something, touching so many other things before paying for their food. And the guy just goes back to make more sandwiches.

    I just love that they have hot water and soap and paper towels in the restroom . So excited! Hot water!

    Black employee with dreads was ridiculously rude. Wouldn’t interact with me at the speaker (gave him 3 minutes and assumed the speaker wasn’t working) so I pulled up and he gave me a death stare (this was at 6 with no one else in the store or drive through lane). It took about 10 minutes for him and his Asian colleague to make the sandwich (my partner and I paid for extra chicken and he made the standard sandwich, didn’t even try). Then the asian employee gave me my sandwich and I asked “is that guy ok?” and he just rubbed his eyes and said “… yeah.” I don’t see anywhere in the app to request a refund or make a report, so I just have to be cool with wasting my money on extra phantom chicken. I’ve been to this location and they’re usually super fast and very nice so I was confused. I doubt those guys would pass a drug test. I’m not kidding when I say the black employee was visibly dragging his feet and avoiding interacting with me. THE worst experience I’ve had in my 10 years of eating JJ.
