  Delicious, clean and fast! Wings are my favourite, the hot honey is the best. Tried the juicy juicy burger, it’s really good. The nash chicken is soo good, I prefer it over the beef burger- the sauce on the chicken is really good. Whole place is really clean and employees were very kind and informative.

  Halal buns was amazing; I love that there’s now a halal fast casual smash burgers spot in Frisco! The food itself was amazing; the beef smash burger was my favorite, it was perfectly cooked seasoned! The fries were also so good too. Portions were generous I had to share! Service was also amazing! Great for friends and family!

  The burger tasted so good and I would definitely eat again 10/10. The sausage and loaded fries were not my favorite and I wouldn’t order again. The sausage was not like the photo shown on the menu at all and it didn’t have enough cheese, onions, and tasted very beefy. The loaded fries didn’t taste that good either. The sauce I was not a fan of and wouldn’t purchase again.

  Halal Buns has been on my radar since I heard it was opening in Frisco, and it did not disappoint. Got the hot Cheeto hamburger and they stuffed mozzarella sticks right into it, so every bite had that gooey cheese pull along with a nice spicy crunch. The wings were crispy outside and still juicy Loaded fries with fried chicken on top were basically a meal by themselves, the red velvet milkshake, so thick and creamy, not overly sweet, Will be back for sure.

  Went to this Halal restaurant for the first time and overall was very disappointed! 1st, there was this lame & lazy young female worker at the front. It was obvious that she was there because she has to otherwise she has absolutely no interest in helping customers. She barely knew any details about the menu & was talking in a very low voice. Multiple times I had to tell her to repeat because I could barely hear her. She still continued with her lazy attitude. She was definitely more interested in her phone than helping the customers. 2nd, restaurant was dirty! Messy front counter with random papers & items all over, air freshener bottle next to the to-go boxes as if they don't know how those chemicals are bad for the food, sticky restaurant floor all over, dirty bathroom with full trash & dirty toilet papers on the floor & no paper towel to wipe/dry hand. On your way to the bathroom you pass this open "electrical" door with all kinds of wiring visible inside & then see a random portable fan just sitting on the floor! 3rd, they made their main menu extra complicated! First you see the main beef burger items on screen 1 and think that was it. Then, you see the 3rd/4rth screen & can suddenly see some more burger items like, cheese burger or classic burger, etc. You think this is it for sure, but then on the last screen you see a "Secret Menu" list & see whole bunch of more burger items! Why they thought this was funny & genius is beyond my thinking. Why not put ALL beef burgers in 1 place & chicken in 1 & make customers' life easier? To make the matter even worst, you will have no idea what is in those "Secret" menu burgers until you see their details in the self order kiosk. The details are not listed on their main menu & the lazy front girl has no idea either. 4rth, menu items are pricey! 3 medium size beef patties burger is almost $20 with no sides! Also, no soda fountain machine & they only have bottled water which is for sale. While burgers were okay, wings & fries were definitely not fresh & tasted like bought from restaurant supplies stores. Both tasted like fried straight out of frozen. We tried our burgers in their brioche buns and it became soggy fast and was falling apart within few bites. Last but not least, another shady business who is charging "convenience/service" fees on top of the taxes & already high menu prices! Worst part is even if you are paying with cash they are still charging this unadvertised fees. You will only see this hidden fees if you click on the "Fees" dropdown arrow on the checkout page in the self kiosk machine. It doesn't even say if this fee is calculated based on a percentage or is it just a flat rate. I absolutely hate this kind of practice from the business. How many customers check their receipt? They don't even ask for the receipt let alone checking it. Might not be so much for the customers, but think how much extra these businesses are making at the end of the day. In my opinion, there should NOT be any additional charges, besides the applicable taxes & all "hidden" charges should be added in the menu price or just clearly advertised. It is expensive for EVERYONE & not just for businesses. It is really not fair for these businesses to rip off customers with their hidden sneaky tactics like this! If it is because of taking credit cards then just stop and not take it! I am not sure if I will return or recommend this business to others. This business definitely needs to work on its basic customer service, making menu a lot more simpler and easier to understand, clean the bathroom and the entire restaurant, and getting rid of any sneaky and hidden fees!
