I really like this store but I am upset because this is probably the 4th time I have purchased something here that I have had to trash! I bought chicken last week that smelled foul and I trash because I didn't want to return smelly chicken , I bought fruit and watermelon that wasn't good here, Food is way to expensive to be throwing in the trash! upset customer!!!!!

Jodie provided outstanding customer service during my visit to HEB. He went above and beyond to help me find every item on my shopping list, and he did it with a positive attitude, patience, and professionalism. It’s rare to come across someone so genuinely dedicated to helping customers. HEB is fortunate to have team members like Jodie. We definitely need more people like him. Thank you for making my shopping experience such a great one!

I shop at this HEB all the time but today will be my last visit. They had red meat that expired almost two weeks ago out on the floor for sale. Today is 6/14 and one of the pics shows 6/3 use by date. This is simply unacceptable from a store that charges so much. It was late on a Sunday but they were also apparently majorly understaffed because when I went to inform a manager she was having to help bag groceries. Neither manager seemed to take this major health risk seriously enough either. What if someone had taken taken this home and gotten sick? Trader Joe’s from here on out.

First, I love HEB. This morning my experience was not it. 6:30 AM I go to the self check like I do every Sunday morning at this time. The self check attendant was VERY rude and passive aggressive telling us we cannot check out here. Eyes rolling, unprofessional tone, deamanor, everything. Felt like she was on a power trip. Mind you, it's 6:30 AM and the self checkout had no line and so many open registers. Yet, there was only ONE regular checkout open with a backed up line. I could have done self check and been in and out like I always am. Not this time. I wasted so much time waiting in their ONE open line because miss power hungry wanted to get rude, out of line tone and send me away. HEB do better. Open more than ONE regular line at 6:30 AM or get miss attitude under control ASAP.
