H-E-B opened its second store in Frisco on 8/7/24, continuing its expansion in the DFW Metroplex. The store is located at HWY 380 and FM 423 and serves residents in eastern Denton County.
“This new store will build on the company’s longstanding presence in the area and reinforces its commitment to serve more customers in this dynamic and growing part of Texas,” said Mabrie Jackson, senior director of public affairs for H-E-B.
Proudly serving communities across the state since 1905, H-E-B is committed to the DFW area for the long term and hopes to serve even more of the Metroplex in the future.

- RSRafael “Rafo” Saldaña3 days ago5.0Wow 🤩 HEB is awesome; we just moved from Florida and appreciate great proactive customer service… While in their huge wine area inside HEB Doris approached us and got us our favorite Papi wine… Then took note on Clos de Los Siete. The Cash Registers all open and friendly checkout with a bagger. The prepared food is huge and their Sushi rolls (Texas Trio) are delicious. Great Eggsrolls as well. 🙌🏼

When I asked for a manager, she said she would just take it off because it wasn’t worth it and her shift was about to end. Incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Is this par for the course HEB when it comes to your treatment of senior citizens?? The female cashier was so rude to me because I am disabled and cannot move as quickly as her other customers and apologized to the younger male behind me for my inability to move as fast as she thought I should have. I was so embarrassed. I will never shop there again, ever. I found your store over crowded, stocked poorly anyway. Good riddance.

- JWJanice WuMay 1, 20264.0I love shopping here, but I’ve noticed that the produce bags are often difficult to open. Right now, many customers end up using saliva to separate them, which isn’t very hygienic or comfortable for everyone. It would be really helpful to have a small water dispenser or a damp sponge station next to the produce section, so customers can easily moisten their fingers to open the bags. A simple setup like this would make the experience much more convenient and sanitary. Comeon HEB! You can do it better!
