I usually frequent one of Dutch Bros competitors but today I decided to visit them. I have a particular coffee combo that I normally get but today I wanted to try a hot brew coffee with cookie butter. I was nervous since it was something new and I don't want it milky. On a rainy Sunday, Sarah, who was taking orders outside ensured me she can customize it the way I like it. She also said since it new to me, it was on the house and try it at the window to ensure I was satisfied. I get to window, and I was greeted by Bri. Bri and her colleague were so welcoming. They smile and greeted me with open arms. I asked Bri her name and she asked me mine in return. They were so nice, there atmosphere was clean, organized and inviting I just wanted to park my car and hang out with them for the rest of the day. Upon leaving Bri remembered my name and addressed as such. She smiled and said goodbye, she would told me have a wonderful day, and invited me to come back again. Customer excellence was at its best. It been a long since I experienced young adults with such respect for others
