  Every time I come to this location it takes forever to order my drink. They never have anyone outside taking orders like other locations and the line just gets longer and longer. I've been in the drive thru now for 5 mins and only one car ahead me has moved and still not one person outside taking orders!

  Dutch bros is my favorite coffee shop! They always keep the line moving so fast no matter how busy and Sarah is the best! Always goes out her way to say hi and remembers my order. Everyone is so friendly. Love coming here for my daily coffee 🤍

  Every time I order ahead on the app at this stand - EVERY TIME! - this location will begin to make my drinks when I arrive and give them my name for the order. They do not provide reasons for the delay and never offer an apology. I can understand that happening on days there is a merch drop but on normal days - like today - it’s unacceptable. Some customers actually have jobs and time matters, hence the order ahead. If the employees do not have the bandwidth to complete drive thru and app orders, then this option should be disabled (that’s an easy click for any stand). I keep hoping this will change but, sadly, I don’t believe it will. With a Starbucks 22steps away, and another one 0.8miles away (and a Scooters 1.1miles away and a Black Rock 1.3miles away), you would think this location cared a little more. They do not. Today, the manager, Shaye, could not provide an explanation nor did she ask me what happened - and she certainly did not offer an apology. At no time were there more than three cars in the drive thru (I was at the pick-up window ). When I asked for a refund, the broista walked away without explanation; not a “let me get a manager” or “hang on, ma’am” or even a wait please - nothing. When you’re spending $18 on two coffees, the service should be a little more attentive. I won’t be going back.

  The online ordering system is broken and there is zero accountability. My hot latte sat on the counter turning into room-temperature coffee because they apparently can't bring orders to cars anymore—meaning I still had to wait through a 6-car drive-thru line. When I brought it up, the staff was incredibly strict and defensive. I waited a full week after submitting feedback through their website before posting this, but they clearly don't care enough to reply. Skip the app and go somewhere that values your time.
