You can always tell when people love their job, and this is one of those places. The drinks are delicious, the service is excellent, and they are fast. I found my new go-to coffee stop.

The phone number is a general info number, and the "contact us" portion of the website says "leave feedback here" and the section is blank. Adds to my frustration. The consistency of my coffee order is very low. I ask for a hazelnut latte. I confirm with the barista it's not hazelnut truffle. Hazelnut. Nothing fancy. What do I get? Something completely different is handed to me at the window. Maybe I need to taste it right then and there and hold up the already long line even longer? The last four times I've visited this location only once have I gotten the correct coffee. Today, the barista at the window told me here's that mocha, and I said no, it's a hazelnut latte and she says oh yeah it's that. Well, it wasn't, and now I have someone's drink that I'm sure tastes wonderful to them, but tastes awful to me. $7 down the drain again, and no way to contact the shop. I pass several coffee shops on my way to work. Just off the top of my head 6 different shops. No issues getting what I want there. This location used to be a weekly visit. Such a shame.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
