    I just went thru the drive thru and ordered a raspberry matcha and they gave me a mocha. Not even kind of similar to what I paid for.

    About 2 or 3 weeks ago, I purchased my normal morning cup of coffee from Dutch Bros like I do on all my office days. I ended up drinking about 2/3 of the cup before I even got to work. When I arrived, I met my friend in the cafe and was going to finish drinking my coffee while we chatted. At this point, I started drinking my coffee again, and I took a large sip, only to end up with a drowned fly in in my mouth. There had not been a fly in my car, I had kept the lid on the entire time, and I had not been outside for any length of time. The fly absolutely had been in my coffee the entire time I had it, and I essentially drank fly water, which I don't know how others feel, but I find disgusting. I contacted customer support and they graciously gave me one free drink. ONE FREE DRINK. For almost contracting the plague from a deceased fly. The next time I stopped at this location, I paid better attention - there's several grimy, gross ecolab rat traps along the sides in this location. And - they aren't seen in others. I believe this location is not clean at all and I no longer order from it. Also don't expect any resolution if you end up with foreign literal bodies in your mouth after going here. Customer support is a joke.

    I love all of this location! Josh, Trenton, all all the other young men and beautiful women are rock stars, or should I say Dutch stars!🤭🤗 they are so friendly so attentive they make the best drinks you know me by name and my drink. I absolutely love each and every one of them you got a better than amazing team at this location! #bombdotcom

    Same as the other reviews, just don’t even try to make a modification. I alternate my milk every time and it’s always messed up. The drink I always order (and is always wrong) calls for chocolate milk, and I try to sub oatmilk, and it’s ALWAYS CHOCOLATE MILK ANYWAY. It’s like they don’t have the mods written on the ticket like it’s just word of mouth or something. If you have sensitivities or just preferences and it’s not a part of the original drink just don’t even bother. The workers are nice enough. Service is speedy, which is prob why they just make the drink how it’s supposed to be made and that’s it
