    I just moved to the area and was really looking forward to going to this Dutch since I was a regular in my hometown. This was the wost experience I have ever received at a Dutch from the service to the drink. I ordered my drink and my drink was made wrong with only one flavoring instead of the three I asked for and there was very little syrup used it was almost white like the color of ice. I took it back and they remade it and were very rude and handed me a drink again with next to no color so very bland and I ended up throwing it away. I'm guessing they wanted more of a tip from me but thankfully I didn't tip more because that service and drink was atrocious. I will never go back to this location and I'm hoping they are all not like this how disappointing.

    Desiree was amazing. I’m definitely annoying when it comes to ordering because I don’t know exactly what I want. She was patient, friendly and really amplified my experience. The manager was very kind as well. I came back to have my drink remade(100% my fault) and I was promptly checked on and he made sure that everything was as expected. Great store with great staff.

    I got the strawberry smoothie and I am tremendously disappointed. This is like a heavy slurpee to me. I think it's just crushed ice and flavoring. Doesn't appear to be made with strawberry puree because there are no seeds. I will not be back for a smoothie.
