Excellent Service! Me and my friends went the other day to ask for free water, but they were nice enough to give us free drink of our choice! Would recommend coming here!

Jacob and his team at Dutch Bros did a great job! Jacob was friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The whole team provided excellent customer service and made the visit a great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

i asked for a Kick in the Face lemonade rebel. every time i am told you get either or until they ask someone(i guess the manger) this time the girl just decide on her own to make it a rebel with out the lemonade. so frustrating. i go to Starbucks and they remember my name and the drink i order every time.

What a horrible experience. The lady trying to take order was rude and condescending and when I asked to speak with a manager the guy that came out claiming to be an assistant was not any help. When I asked for the information to the district manager he refused to give it to me and to go find it myself. When I told the lady never mind on my order she said “ bye anyways we don’t need to help you “
