  Every weekend I’ll come to this location lady at this with curly hair she is very rood with customers she doesn’t have basic patience and she always push customers to kiosks for order Dunkin’s has to look into it

  Ordered a $6 match with cold foam and received $4.50 of cold foam and the rest was matcha. Pour it out with no ice (I even asked for light ice) and it maybe gives 3/4 of a glass of liquid all together. Mind you majority of it is cold foam. You ask them to fill it up more they say the amount poured is a set amount. Which means no matter what size you get the liquid is still the same amount. Don’t know if it’s this Dunkin or all of them but you won’t get my money anymore. It’s cheaper then Starbucks but it’s not that much cheaper to accept this

  I have repeatedly observed, on multiple occasions—specifically during the afternoon hours—that my drink is not being properly prepared or filled to the standard amount. Furthermore, the server appears to be altering the recipe on his own initiative, resulting in a product that does not taste consistent with the usual quality or standard expectations.

  Pulled up to this Dunkin’ with my son thinking it was just a regular stop, but it turned into a moment I won’t forget. My son loves Boston cream donuts, and the second I said it, his face lit up, and the staff member behind the counter caught that same energy and gave him that doughnut on the house. No hesitation. He didn’t have to do it, it wasn’t expected, but that sort of awareness and kindness hits different. It made my son’s whole day. And I appreciated the moment. That’s more than customer service, that’s real connection. On top of that, the location is easy to get to with plenty of parking, and the overall service was smooth and welcoming. Small gesture, big impact... appreciate you guys once again for that, it doesn’t go unnoticed.
