  I’ve always liked Dunkin', but this Frisco location was very disappointing. The store was empty and there was only one car behind me in the drive-thru, yet when I asked to add a doughnut at the window, I was told to drive around and reorder. When I questioned it, the employee (Calon) canceled my order and spoke to me rudely. I also asked for a corporate contact number and was refused. Overall, very poor customer service(Calon) for such a simple request. Definitely the worst Dunkin’ experience I’ve had in the area—looks like I’ll be going to Krispy Kreme instead.

  Very disappointed with my visit this morning. I ordered my usual drink, but the cup was not filled properly. There were about four fingers worth of empty space at the top, mostly filled with ice instead of the actual drink. When I politely asked about it, the employee told me she could just add more milk and said it was because she didn’t fill the cup with enough ice. That made no sense because the cup already had plenty of ice and still looked short on the drink itself.

  Unfortunately this place has went down in service and quality since few years ago and thought will come back up but no. The people at the window when drive through they care about giving them selfs a tip and do not even ask if you want a receipt. The egg and cheese if you ask for quantities you get them frozen inside and when you go back to them they just want to argue as if you are asking too much . Not clean at all so had to switch to the legacy drive location

  I had a frustrating experience at this Dunkin’ location. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a frozen coffee, but the employee told me they were out for the day which is really weird for a coffee and it was only 1pm. Since that’s what I specifically came for, I went back home. Out of curiosity, I tried placing the same order online for pickup at the same store, and it went through with no issue — the frozen coffee was suddenly available. This inconsistency was really disappointing. If the drink was available, they could have simply suggested that I place the order online or asked me to come inside instead of sending me away. It felt like there was little effort to help or offer an alternative. I understand things happen, I hope management looks into this and ensures better communication and consistency moving forward.
