No cool when the driver that delivered the pizza ask for my wife to sign for the order and she put zero for the tip and the driver says do you mean not to tip me or ask for a tip? Well, we do tip, but prefer to tip in cash! In this instance, because the driver asked for a tip, we should have just not given him one! We are in the food service industry! We understand about tipping! It is not cool and professional to ask or assume that you are not getting a tip! Guess it is not a good first impression when this is the first time ordering from this location!!

The whole experience was torched when Jason decided to treat Nathan like he was a child. To witness the exasperation and blatant disrespect was not only unprofessional on his part but rude to his coworker. He couldn't even control his facial expressions, and told Nathan "good luck" after giving poor instructions. Young lady, Nathan, and anyone else who works with Jason I wish YOU GOOD LUCK. He's a jerk.
