Though, we found certain parts of the facility under construction. It did not stop the fun we had experienced. Cool thing is there were a few new games. Honorable mentions: Ross in the Ticket/Gift Shop. He was very kind, attentive and customer service friendly. Such a pleasure to meet him. Thank you. Brandon at the bar was great. He made every effort to make my dragon fruit lemonade taste great.

We had an amazing experience at Dave & Buster’s, and a huge part of that was because of our server, Anais! She did an outstanding job taking care of me and my family from beginning to end. Anais was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed without us having to ask. She checked on us regularly, kept a great attitude, and genuinely made us feel welcomed and appreciated. Great customer service can completely change an experience, especially when you’re spending time out with your family, and Anais definitely went above and beyond. Dave & Buster’s is lucky to have her on their team. Thank you, Anais, for helping make our family outing such a great one! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-star service all the way!

Five stars for Loren, the bar manager, and Jay, our waiter! They were amazing to me, my child, and his friend. We had an issue with the kitchen, and they handled it professionally and went above and beyond to make things right. They listened, showed genuine care, and made sure we felt valued and taken care of. Their kindness turned a frustrating moment into a great experience. Thank you, Loren and Jay, for being such an amazing team! We truly appreciated your service and look forward to coming back.

We had such a great experience at Dave & Buster’s! The games were a great value, especially compared to other places we’ve been. We were able to get a lot of play time and have a really fun time without feeling like we were overpaying. Our server, Myste, was absolutely wonderful! She was friendly, attentive, and did a great job taking care of us. She really helped make our visit even better. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend Dave & Buster’s for a fun family outing, especially if you’re looking for a great selection of games and a good value.
