  We had the pleasure of visiting and was very impressed with our server Philisha. She was very attentive to our needs. We had six adults and 2 kids and we never felt we were too big for her and received above and beyond the normal service. We learned at the end of the evening she had only been working as a server and at Dave & Buster's for 3 weeks. I would highly recommend attending this location.

  Great experience today at Dave & Buster's, my two kids had a super fun time time. Zach and Uncle Bernie provided great service. We enjoy visiting every time!

  Dave and Buster’s has been a no brainer for our family over the years, especially during the summer with our kid. They are constantly running some kind of special on chips, gameplay, or food, which makes it easy to keep coming back without breaking the bank. One thing we really appreciate is the atmosphere during the hot summer months. It’s kept cool inside, the lighting is dim, and it’s honestly a great place to escape the Texas heat for a few hours. The team here is always friendly and eager to help, whether you need assistance with a game machine or are ready to order food and drinks. If you ever run into an issue, the bar staff is usually a great place to start because they can either help directly or point you in the right direction. If you’re bringing small kids, I highly recommend bringing one of those folding step stools they sell at hardware stores for around $7 to $20. It makes it so much easier for little ones to reach the games without climbing on the machines. Another tip if you plan to spend time in the arcade is to bring a lanyard with a retractable card holder. Carrying those plastic game cards around can get annoying fast, and from what I’ve seen, they do not sell anything similar onsite. If the card bands ever come back for sale, definitely grab one because they worked perfectly for all ages. Overall, we’ve consistently had a great experience here and will definitely keep coming back.

  We’ve been here for birthday parties and just family days out. Great selection of games, good food, solid drink selection, and a ton of TVs if you need a place to watch the games. Kids always enjoy it, but it takes a ton of tickets to get any legit prizes.

  Had my daughters party there today at the location in frisco , I don’t want to mention her name but she was one of the two o’clock parties … service was absolutely outstanding , the manager Bernie and our party host Kim were so on top of everything! It was a private room everything was set up and ready to go , food was great very prompt , my daughter had an absolute blast , thank you to everyone who had a part in making it a special day for her!!!
