  Terrible customer service. All the employees stood around while I was waiting for my order. Didn't tell me nothing. Place is messy food everywhere.

  The lady at the front with the blonde and black box braids could slow down a bit. I appreciate that she’s trying to be efficient, but it feels like she’s rushing customers through the process, even when there are only one or two people in the store. A little more patience and a less hurried approach would make the experience much more welcoming.

  Everytime I go here I wonder if we are in a food crisis and must begin rationing. The bowls get smaller and smaller and it feels like the portions are just enough to feed my infant. Eventually I expect I’ll be walking out with one grain of rice, one kernel of corn, and a single bean in my bowl. I would recommend going to a different location if you want to feel like you are getting even a bit of your moneys worth.

  This location has been hit or miss for me. Unfortunately, today was a miss. The food was pretty tasteless, the rice was hard, and the chips were stale. I had a late lunch and was starving, so it was really disappointing. I honestly wish I could've just gotten a refund. On the other hand, the Coppell location on Denton Tap is consistently great. The food always tastes fresh, and the service is excellent. I was working in this area today, so I decided to stop here instead. Definitely disappointed.

  Terrible service, abusive staff, and fake "Ready" notifications I placed a drive-through order with a scheduled pickup time of 9:40 PM and even received notification stating my order was ready. I arrived at 9:50 PM, only to be told it wasn't ready and that I needed to drive all the way around the building and get back in line. After waiting in line a second time, I got to the window only to be told they were completely out of chicken and I would have to wait another 20+ minutes. When I understandably showed frustration at the massive waste of time and lack of communication, the staff became hostile, started abusing me, and behaved incredibly unprofessionally. To make matters worse, they refused to cancel the order or issue a refund on their end, lazily telling me to "contact Chipotle through Google" to cancel it. This place has zero inventory control, zero management, and staff that treat paying customers with utter contempt. Avoid this location at all costs.
