  To be honest everything from the entrance is bad 👎 service is the worst every one is with a bad mood, according the manager Ana thats how service is done. Restaurant has been without ice in the lobby for over a month, today their food looked like it be sitting there for hours. I would recommend to not even waste your money here. Chips are stael. Only gave a start because I had to, to post this review.

  Food is fine overall. Sometimes not as good as other Chipotles but usually good. My issue is the Chipotelane: I feel the chipotelane at this location is poorly managed. It’s common I’m waiting behind a car whose order is not ready yet before I can pull up and get mine. At times, I’ve waited behind multiple cars for 15 minutes before I just go inside to get my order. If one’s order is not ready and they are there early, they should be told to park or pull around the line again if there are cars waiting.

  Ana is the worst possible employee at this location. She portion sizes kids meals like she know what age kids should be eating that meal. She barely added anything to the box and when questioned she says "its kids portion, This is what you get" The employees treat like they are throwing a free meal to everyone. Never going back to this location. Worst possible customer service and treatment for a store in Frisco community.

  It seems like every time I come to this location it’s Inconvenience to even walk in the door I feel like every time I’m here at this location. I’m waiting a long time for my food and the staff doesn’t feel very friendly to work with. I would advise to not use this Chipotle in the future and use other locations around definitely one of the worst locations I’ve been at lately. Get it together guys come on

  My experience at Chipotle was **okay—nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out either**. The food was decent and the portions were reasonable, but the overall experience felt pretty average. Service was fine, although it could have been a little more attentive and efficient. It’s a convenient option when you want a quick Mexican-inspired meal, but based on this visit, I wouldn’t say it was anything special. I’d probably come back again, but there are definitely areas where the food and service could be improved.
