Great service and hospitality at this chipotle. My niece absolutely loves the kids taco with chicken and cheese. It is ritual for us every friday after school. I love the burritos and rice bowl. The atmosphere here is great too. It has a drive thru pickup for convenience.

an abysmal Chipotle location, lol. Nobody there wants to help customers, 10 of them were all doing pointless BS in the back while there's a line out the door
they left this poor guy Alan to make all the orders and forced him to cash the customers out while theres 15 of us in line. usually there's at least 1 person making the food and 1 person at the register to get the line moving. Common sense doesn't exist in this liminal space. meanwhile, some people in the back very obviously see the long line of customers, and decide to turn their backs to try to look like they're "working" but they're doing things like stacking kids meal boxes or scraping the grill when there's already 2 people doing it LOL we know what you're doing guys we aren't dumb
If you are not a Gen Z kid avoid visiting this store, it is not for us.
The worst ever Chipotle store I have seen in the last two decades. You will witness how worse Chipotle has turned into by visiting this store. Absolutely no hygiene, no care for your order, speed at which all those super kids works you never know what your final results will be.
I have got more than 3 items in my order that I have not ordered. What I have witnessed is kids are unable to control their rush to get the customer off super quick and in that speed mixing up items. Every excess item that falls on the table is pushed into the bins they use to serve. White rice is mixed with Brown rice and meat in the side by bins. Likewise at their speed mixed sour cream into the bins containing the sauces.
The wastage I have seen all around Chipotle if they can save it with passion in serving customer, they could still provide free sides, lemon and other items that were available previously.
You can see how worse a company can go by visiting this store. I.don't understand how the store manager is still in service.
We love chipotle, and normally go to the one on Custer and 121. We were near this one, and made the mistake of going. It was our first and last time! We ordered three veggie burrito bowls which were assembled by two girls. They informed us that the fajita veggies were still being cooked so we said alright, when they are ready, they can put them but to keep going since the restaurant was busy. At checkout, the fajita veggies were still not ready, so we informed the guy at the counter that we didn't get them since they are not ready, so when they are ready, would he be able to give us a small portion since we needed them for all three of the bowl to which he replied yes. He was a tall, skinny guy with a nose ring and a goatee. We sat and waited patiently since the restaurant was very busy. We noticed the fajita veggies got ready and were being served to others so after a while, my husband went to remind him and he said yes, I will bring them. We noticed he was just standing there and not doing anything and at this point, we were almost done with our food, so I got up just to tell him that why did he say he would bring them when clearly, he was not going to do it. He said we should get in line if we want to get them, and that if we wanted them, we should have stopped and waited when we were ordering. I am not sure what Chipotle's policy is, but whatever it is, he should have communicated it to us instead of just saying yes to everything in the first place! He was extremely rude, and not acknowledge that he did that. One of the girls with curly hair then came and asked us if we wanted fajita veggies but we told her we are almost done with our food so nevermind! He completely ruined our experience. Wouldn't recommend going here!
I was there and ordered the kids steak taco meal and told the man behind the counter which sides. He put the tortillas in the press to heat and I moved down and paid the cashier. When I got home, I noticed there was no steak and went back to same guy. I said I didn't get any steak with that kids meal I ordered, he said you didnt ask for steak and I said yes I did, he then said again, no you didnt which aggravated me. It would be one thing if he said I didnt hear you, but to tell me I didnt say that? Really???
The manager Shanice i belive her name was, if im spelling it correctly was even worse. She told me he's younger than me so you shouldn't argue with him. I said I shouldn't have to argue with anyone, but when im told I didn't say that when I know i did im going to stand by ground.
She then said we'll, we weren't about to charge you but we will now and you can pay for side of steak which is an extra $6.39 because its now just a side and not part of a meal. I said I will pay and add it to my review.
She then looked at the other contact worker and and laughed.
Terrible, dont ever go there!!!
