  As a restaurant owner this place was nasty. The prep tables in the back were nasty with food and I watched the person cutting bags of meat and put into pan and not cleaning the work area before introducing a different product. Then they only one person taking orders and running the line as the others just stood there on their phone with a line forming . The dining room was nasty with dirty tables and the drink station was nasty and a mess and out of some drinks. Who ever the franchise owner is needs to watch the cameras to many people not going their jobs.

  Evening shift has gone down hill. Almost as a whole. Not gonna try to fix it through management or corporate - gas station Mexican food from down the way tastes better anyways, good luck lmfao

  ⭐️⭐️ I’ve had a very disappointing experience with Chipotle, especially when ordering for pickup. The portions are **much smaller** than when ordering in person, and I’ve repeatedly received very little food. Another issue is that when I ask for something on the side, the staff often refuses to add it. There isn’t even an option to request it through the online ordering system, and when you ask in person, the response is often very rude and unhelpful. I understand that there may be policies regarding certain items, but the way customers are treated makes the experience even worse. The portions, lack of customization options for online orders, and rude customer service really need improvement.

  I have been going to this location for the past year and this is the first time I had a wonderful experience at this store. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The store was clean and well- organized. The customer service was excellent, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a pleasant lunch/dinner. I wonder is there new management now ?

  Visited this location for dinner pickup. They were out of fajitas as usual, This has happened couple of times earlier as well. Also ordered a kids menu and they were out of kids drinks and were offering soda which is not acceptable. Upon informing the manager about how unhappy we were about the experience the lady didn’t seem to care about it and mentioned she can’t help it and shrugging it off as though it was nothing. No replacement or anything offered. She handed over the kids chips after we asked for it. Absolutely zero customer service. I would have walked out but had already payed and was tired after a long day. That lady shouldn’t be in a customer facing job if she can’t talk to customers and help them, I believe her name was Cassidy.
