- CCChan1 day ago1.0They should tell clearly or put some sign if any thing is extra.. 1 dollar extra for cilantro lime sauce... just keeping along with regular toppings with no signs is not fair and transparent. Already 10 dollar for veg rice bowl is too much. On top of these extra for some liquid!!

They were friendly, patient, and made sure everything was prepared exactly how I wanted it. You can tell they genuinely care about making customers feel welcomed and taken care of. Big shoutout to Andrea and Michael for making my visit a great one! I’ll definitely be coming back. 🌯🔥
- CMChristian and Alisha MitchellAug 31, 20261.0The line supervisor (or manager on duty) tonight at 7:50 P.M. CST at the location was so condescending to the workers on duty it ruined our dinner. We were in line ordering and the male supervisor started berating the employees in front of customers to the point I almost reprimanded him myself in front of everyone there. Instead of being a professional and letting them help us, he instead barked orders telling them to go sweep, clean, or tell one of the employees "he didn't do something right." My husband, who is very meek, stated how he was condescending to his co-workers. As a professional (and leader) myself, his people skills are lacking and he seems to not care if the customer witnesses unprofessional behavior. We also noticed those that he favored did not receive the same treatment. If the attrition is high at this location, it is more than likely due to management and their hiring practices. Please train your employees not to bully those who do not have a voice because they may not have one, but I do and will use it.
