I told the line guy and he grabbed it with a 4oz cup. Ugh gross, threw my food away. Didn't want to make a big deal about it but staff needs to focus on cleaning line and possibly ensure they have a pest control service agreement in place. Dined about 10 minutes ago.

I was ordering my food and I asked the guy to please have a side of rice and I said to him that I’ll pay extra for it cause he already put rice on my burrito. This girl came out of nowhere saying no and I said it’s okay, I’ll pay for it. She started screaming at me telling me I had an attitude when the only thing I said to her is that I’ll pay extra for the side of rice. No customer manners at all!!!

It was such a waste of money for such a small portion that I couldn't even eat. Absolutely horrible and waste of time. Chipotle has been degrading their quality and hype. 😞
