- NKNav KoharOct 16, 20262.0I ordered a Sofritas bowl for takeout from this location today. The flavor and food quality itself were completely fine, but about halfway through eating, I found a piece of clear, curved plastic packaging mixed in with the rice and beans. Finding foreign material inside food is a serious quality-control and safety issue, and it completely ruined the meal. I kept my receipt and photos for verification, but I hope management reviews their prep and food-handling procedures with the staff to prevent this from happening again.

I am a faithful chipotle customer and have been for years at this location but today was the worse experience I have ever had at any restaurant in my life . I asked for a little more chicken please and she snatched the bowl off the counter from in front of me and threw it in the trash . Then she said she was not going to serve me and told the other employees not to serve me and told me to get out and she was going to call the police. She did not have a name tag on and I asked her for her name and she said no and forbid the other employees to tell me her name as well. This happened at 7:30pm on Friday 10-2-26 .

The cashier who doesn’t know when to charge extra needs some logical thinking Was a clever way to take extra money towards training your staff !! Good luck boss !
