  Terrible location when it comes to online ordering. They hire a bunch of people that don’t even care how to properly wrap a burrito second time in a row where i had a problem with my food

  I’ve been coming to this Chipotle location for years, and this is honestly the first time I’ve ever felt the need to leave a negative review. My friend and I came in tonight, Friday 5/8/2026 around 10:30 PM, even though the restaurant closes at 11 PM and the front door/window even advertises “Now Open Later.” As soon as we walked in, the young lady at the front immediately sighed, almost as if she was disappointed customers came in that late. My friend went first and tried ordering a simple chicken bowl, but the chicken container was completely empty. We then asked for steak instead, and that was completely empty as well. We asked how long it would take for more chicken to be prepared, and were told 15–20 minutes. At that point, we decided to leave. We were already really hungry, didn’t feel welcomed at all, and waiting that long that close to closing just didn’t seem worth it. I completely understand restaurants get busy and things can run low near closing, but if a location is going to stay open until 11 PM and advertise later hours, there should still be basic food availability and decent customer service during that final stretch of the night. Hopefully management can address both the food availability and overall customer experience late at night moving forward.

  Food dry ash bad service girl named Deja took my order and I asked her she accidentally gave me an extra drink and she gave me a big side eye who she feeling like won’t be coming back just her service was not it 0/10 and also gave us bad portions I came to buy not to ask for free food

  Mannnn I’m up to here with chipotle and this location just about finished it for me. I see it’s the same for others as well, but Why is it that every time I go to a chipotle the workers are rushing customers and have attitudes? the little latina girl there was rushing the customer before us and then she proceeded to do the same to us even when there was NO ONE behind us!! What’s yalls deal man? She acted like I was in the wrong for coming to eat at this establishment!! I spent $35 here and when I took a bite of my food it did not hit because my appetite was already ruined from the experience I had ordering my food. I want my money back or something because I was excited to eat here just for one of the workers to put bad energy on my food and have a stank aah attitude. We even left mid meal bc we just did not want to be there.
