  Yikes! This is disgusting. There is food EVERYWHERE! The employees do not care, and half of them are no where to be found.

  Manager did a great job of taking my catering order and provided great service. She let me know it would be ready when I arrived, I would just need to pay. When I arrived the order was not ready and Daniel claimed to have called me to confirm before starting, but I never received a phone call. “They couldn’t get a hold of you so we didn’t start it.” It felt like I had done something wrong when in fact I did not, no missed called, only a confirmation email. I had to wait 15mins for an order I placed the day before. Please work on how you speak with customers. Food was great.

  I came in to pick up my online order through the app and was immediately told that the new lime sauce I had already paid for was out of stock and would take 20–25 minutes to make. Since I didn’t want to wait that long, I politely asked the manager on duty if I could substitute it for something of equivalent value, such as a side of queso or guacamole. I wasn’t asking for extra protein or anything unreasonable, just a fair replacement since the item I paid for wasn’t available. The manager immediately responded, “We don’t do that.” When I then asked if they could refund the item, I was told I would have to contact Chipotle myself to get that resolved. What happened to taking care of the customer, especially when the issue wasn’t their fault? At no point was any effort made to provide a solution or make the situation right. As a former restaurant General Manager and current Store Manager, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and problem-solving skills displayed by the manager on duty. I would be embarrassed if one of my managers handled a customer concern this way. This experience wasn’t about being out of an item as those things happen. It was about the complete lack of ownership, empathy, and willingness to help. Do better.

  Asked specifically if the chicken was breast or thigh. Was told breast. It was thigh. I don't eat that. Chips were mostly crumbs. Food prepared in a rush, but no line. Rushed through person in front of me and gave wrong amount of food. Do better.

  ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! WHY CHIPOTLE HAS BEEN MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT FOR YEARS! The white rice was under seasoned but that ONLY thing to be said negative about this store. EXQUISITELY CLEANED BATHROOMS, LOBBY AND OUTDOORS!!! Staff was a phenomenal and cooking up meals that made a vegetarian envious of bowls that had meat from how good they were presented and made with care. Seriously the young man on line put care into the craft and it shows in presentation!!! Gordon ramsey could walk into this store and would send the same amount of praises. Phenomenal staff. Chipotle needs to honor the staff here because of its it is truly exceptional.
