- RDRam DhakalAug 20, 20261.0Today, Thursday, August 20, around 1:45 p.m., I ordered a chicken bowl with only black beans, vegetables, chicken, and lettuce—no rice, corn, cheese, or sour cream .. At checkout, I was charged about $14+. When I questioned the price, the cashier, who appeared to be the manager, told me the employee had entered the chicken twice. I never asked for double meat. She said the employee was new, so I didn’t argue at the time. However, I’m concerned that I was overcharged, and I have no way of knowing whether I actually received double chicken or if it was simply entered twice by mistake. If the employee was new, there should have been proper supervision to prevent this type of error. I believe customers should only be charged for what they actually order. This experience was disappointing, and I hope management reviews the ordering and training process to prevent this from happening to other customers.
