- SMStephanie Monzon2 days ago1.0I accidentally placed the wrong online order (quesadilla instead of my usual kids’ tacos). When I informed the employee, Sebastian -- I was told, “That’s your fault, I can’t remake it and just waste chicken like that.” The tone felt rude and dismissive over the 4 small pieces of chicken in the quesadilla I accidentally ordered. I ended up purchasing a side of chicken and tortilla just to correct the order myself. As a frequent customer, this interaction did not reflect the level of service I expect from Chipotle, especially considering recent public comments from CEO Scott Boatwright encouraging employees to accommodate reasonable requests such as “adding a little more” or “extra” when possible. I’m simply sharing this so it can be reviewed and addressed for future customer interactions. Thank you,

They don’t speak clearly and are constantly mumbling their questions. The employees seem mad that you are there ordering food. The owners of this location must really not care about service. I actively try to avoid this location.
