- ETEdwin Tarango4 days ago1.0I placed a pickup order and got home to discover my bowl had zero protein. Not less than expected—completely missing. I paid full price for what amounted to rice and toppings. What's most concerning is that this reflects a serious breakdown in both food quality and management oversight. A mistake this obvious should never make it past preparation, verification, and pickup. It raises questions about what standards are actually being enforced at this location. Customers are paying premium prices and deserve basic order accuracy. I would appreciate a response from store management regarding how this happened and what corrective actions are being taken to improve quality control and prevent future errors. Extremely disappointed. This experience has made me reconsider returning to this location.

Even when there is no one in line behind you, they rush you, get impatient and they don’t make any attempt to hide their frustration. Same experience multiple times. This is the closet location to where I live, time to drive few extra mins and find another one.

As I have come here in the past and have always been treated with respect and delicious food) My grandfather attempted to call the store multiple times for an issue related to ordering at the wrong location and to his dismay was greeted by none other than a patronizing and frankly insulting AI robot. Ultimately after calling me 20 minutes later I was able to help him by doing it online but even that took another 10 minutes due to it being another chatbot. Disappointed but not surprised by corporates decision to make yet another aspect of their business less human.
