I get that people joke around, but mocking a customer to their face is a level of disrespect I didn't expect from a brand known for its hospitality. Nobody should leave a restaurant feeling belittled over something as personal as their name. Unfortunately, I won't be returning to this location.

Instead, I waited in line for about 20 minutes while multiple cars in the other lane moved ahead of me. When I finally reached the window, I was told that two items I had already purchased were out of stock and was asked to either swap them or get a refund. I chose to swap the items, but after leaving the line I checked my order and realized it was incorrect. I went inside to have it fixed, and the associate took my sandwich to the back to add the missing eggs after it had already been opened and handled. I then waited another 10 minutes. When I asked for a manager, she provided her name but did not go to the back to check on the situation or offer any apology or meaningful resolution. I eventually left, but with missing food items. I returned and requested a refund. The customer service and management were extremely disappointing, and the food was poorly prepared and much lower quality than I expect from Chick-fil-A. Unfortunately, this experience—and looking at other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one—does not reflect the Chick-fil-A standard I’ve come to expect. I hope management takes these concerns seriously.
