  I literally asked for no cheese because I am pregnant and lactose intolerant. They still put cheese on my sandwich. Smh I’m so exhausted I just threw it away

  I have never been to a restaurant where the people were so happy to serve us. They were so very kind, helpful, cheery, and genuine pleasures to be around. They will have my return business as well as those that were with me.

  As a long time supporter of this location I am thoroughly disappointed in both customer service and this unorthodox methodology that is promoted through both the location and app. I order typically through the app—something that is heavily promoted. I enjoy getting rewards and coming back often to eat a meal where other places otherwise mess up. But what I can’t forgive is how heavily promoted the “drive-thru pick-up” option is on the app. As if this is even remotely convenient. Because its so pushed (its literally the FIRST option for pickup), I decided to order for it, knowing I could’ve done carryout in-store. I’ve always down carryout, as it takes 2-4 minutes to get my order. Well, for one, not only are there two useless lanes that signify no meaning (as opposed to many other CFA locations where there are separate mobile order pickup lines and on-spot order lines), this one has none of that. Just funneling in cars for both pickup, and people making an order on the spot. Why? For what? Are you telling me I ordered 15 minutes ahead of time for literally nothing? The people in the line are making orders RIGHT THERE and getting their food before me. Why did I even order “ahead” online? It took me 17 minutes to get my order. 17 wasted minutes I sat in a line I didn’t need to, especially when a worker came to my car, AND BROUGHT MY FOOD BY FOOT ANYWAY. If that was always an option, why did I have to waste over half my lunch break on this? Are you kidding me? Why promote drive-thru pickup when your system is clearly useless? There is ZERO difference between drive-thru pickup, and ordering on the spot. And thats what makes me so furious. I ordered online BECAUSE I’m TRYING TO AVOID ordering on the spot. That’s what the app and system PROMOTE. I should’ve just ordered carryout, had I known this location clearly has no respect for the app and customers it attempts to showcase love for. What a joke.

  Came in yesterday for Teachers appreciation eith my badge, waited a ridiculous amount of time because a parent decided to let their little boy order in front of me. Maria was the cashier. I had my badge, and got told teachers appreciation day was the next day. All fine! Today I walk in with a picture of my badge wait like 5 minutes in line, and get told I can't get the promo because I dont have my badge! But I have photos, and verification through ID me! Not to mention she saw me yesterday! And I'm wearing a school shirt! The sign says have a current badge. If a photo of my badge and proof of verification is fine at other locations, it should've been fine at this one. Thanks for the appreciation Chic Fil A!

  Unfortunately it doesn’t seem like they clean or sanitize the children’s playground very often. It was full of dust and rocks/woodchips/trash on the floor?… we also weren’t greeted. I was surprised that not one employee approached us as they usually do at every chick fila we have ever been to. Apparently they have different standards here.
