- EEE1 day ago2.0First time I have had to beg for cups for a catering order. I do a lot of these chick fil a catering orders and it has never been a problem to give me the number of cups I requested! I spent $115 and still had to beg for cups! Never going there again!!!!👎

My order was messed up, and I was asked THREE separate times to repeat what the issue was. After already waiting, I was told to park for my corrected order, but it still took so long that I eventually had to go inside myself — and it STILL wasn’t ready! What’s the point of using the app ahead of time if I had all of this mess happen? The employees were polite, but the organization and communication during this visit were really disappointing.

Well, about 6 cars in the normal drive-thru lane got their food before me. Then, the car directly behind me got their food!!! At this point I was floored. This is THE WORST CHICK-FIL-A in the metroplex. On top of that, the employee was rude and not apologetic for my awful service, and the hash browns tasted old. I wish I could give zero stars.

I'm shopping at tom thumb while placing my to go order in the app. I step.outside, get in my car, pull up to the busy drive thru, go right through the mobile thru and my food is ready as soon as I scanned the QR code. And if course the food is incredible as always! And their sunjoy drinks always so refreshing! Thanks cfa!
