  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely amazing experience at CAVA in Frisco! The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious! I ordered the Grains Bowl with half chicken and half grilled steak, and every bite was incredible. The ingredients tasted fresh, the portions were satisfying, and the combination of flavors was perfect. What made this visit even more special was the kindness and generosity I experienced. It’s rare to come across a place that makes you feel genuinely appreciated as a customer, but this CAVA location did exactly that. The wonderful gesture of hospitality truly made my evening and reminded me that a little kindness can go a long way. Thank you to the amazing team at CAVA Custer Star for the delicious food and the love you put into taking care of your customers. You’ve definitely earned a loyal customer, and I can’t wait to come back! ❤️

  We love CAVA’s food, but the service at this location is consistently terrible. Most of the time the employees seem annoyed and make you feel like you’re bothering them just by being there. Tonight we came in about 30 minutes before closing and were told we couldn’t eat inside because the lobby closes at 9:20. On top of that, the staff barely made eye contact and acted upset that we came in. If you’re still open, customers shouldn’t be made to feel unwelcome. Love CAVA, but unfortunately we won’t be coming back to this location.

  A rare 5-star experience—generous portions, top-tier service, and unbeatable macros. ​I hit up this location on Labor Day and had hands-down one of the best kiosk experiences I’ve had in a while. Unlike most quick-service spots that tend to be stingy on portion sizes, this team actually delivers. ​The store manager on duty was exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and easy to talk to. Because it was a quiet holiday shift, he went above and beyond by throwing in extra protein. Even with the extra protein add-on bringing the total to $20, the value felt completely justified given the quality and portion size. ​As someone who relies on these kiosks for convenient, high-protein, fiber-packed meals, this store easily sets the standard. Out of all the locations I've visited, this one stands out for customer care and generosity. I'll definitely be back.

  Very disappointing experience with my pickup order. I ordered two falafel bowls, but red pepper hummus and harissa were missing from both bowls. The garlic dressing was also initially missing, and I had to point it out to the staff to receive it. I didn’t realize the other ingredients were missing until I got home. Without the hummus and harissa, the bowls didn’t taste the way I ordered them, and both were basically wasted. I paid for complete meals and expected the order to be prepared correctly. For an online pickup order, the staff should double-check that all selected ingredients are included before handing it to the customer. This cost me both time and money. Very disappointing experience.
