  Had a phenomenal experience at this Cava today. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me with genuine smiles, and even the cashier took the time to ask how I was doing. It is rare these days to come across a team that seems to truly enjoy what they do, but this staff displayed top tier customer service from start to finish. Such a simple thing, but it made my whole visit better. Highly recommend, and kudos to the team working today

  The customer service is amazing. They have so many people to serve and get it done efficiently and correctly. This customer was making a big ruckus and disrespecting the staff yet they handled it very professionally. Jayden, Tonia, Shannon, Delilah, and Mercer made my visit especially great. I LOVE CAVA!!!

  Had a great experience at CAVA today! Vicky and Tonia helped me out and were both so kind, patient, and welcoming. They made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable with their great customer service and positive attitudes. Thank you both for going above and beyond — I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Some CAVA locations consistently provide great service, but this location is by far the worst. Every time I come during dinner, they are out of basic items either no rice, no chicken, no corn, or other key ingredients. This time, they had no rice, no drinks, and no ice. If this location cannot provide consistent service during peak dinner hours, management needs to make serious changes. Either improve the operations, hire and train a more professional team, or bring in a manager who can actually keep things running properly. The staff seems inexperienced and unprepared to handle even normal situations. This location needs major improvement.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is by far one of the most convenient CAVA locations I’ve visited. The location is easy to get to, the restaurant is always clean, and the service is consistently fast, even during busy times. The food is always fresh, flavorful, and prepared exactly how I like it. Every ingredient tastes high quality, and my order is always made with care. What really stands out, though, is the customer service. Everyone is genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The staff always greets customers with a smile and creates a positive atmosphere that keeps me coming back. Great food, great service, and great people. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quick, healthy, and delicious meal! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
