  My friend and i were there earlier and we told the girl there was a fly on the white rice she continued to serve the rice like normal. I love the food here and i know there’s people coming in and out but maybe be more careful.

  Out of all the Cava locations I’ve been to, this one really stands out. The food always tastes fresh and the service is consistently exceptional. Luis went above and beyond and was incredibly personable and attentive throughout the visit. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Joshua truly made my Mother’s Day special. You never know what someone may be going through, and kindness goes a long way. This CAVA location is absolutely amazing! Despite how busy they get during lunch, the staff always works together as a team and provides outstanding service. Thank you, CAVA, and a special thank you to Joshua and your awesome staff!

  This was not a good experience. I frequent Cava a few times a week, usually the Preston rd location, but today I stopped at the Main st location, where I didn’t enjoy the customer service nor the food. I always order fresh pita chips upon arrival and at this location they chose to debate me on my order. Then proceeded to give me overly done/crispy chips, that had a chemical aftertaste. They need to change their oil and understand we come in to spend our hard earned money, so as long as our requests aren’t out of this world they should be completed with a smile.

  By far the slowest service of any fast casual concept I have ever visited. The only reason I am obligated to come here is because my spouse likes the food. 3 of the past 5 times they have been out of half the menu items (and not making more) well more than an hour before close. They are always understaffed on the line with never more than two people, one of them having to remove gloves each time to ring people out. It’s a 20 minute line when there’s four people in front of you, only to find out they are out of everything. The food is great, but owners are losing business when people leave the line constantly due to running too lean on food and staff. Do better..
