  place was half full but we had to wait 15-30 mins to get appetizers and then to get our receipt. we ended up having to chase down a server to pay and they were rude about it. will never be coming back

  Had lunch with my son today and the great fortune of being served by Jacob. Probably the best service and most personable restaurateur I've ever had the experience with. BWW is very fortunate to have a representative like Jacob.

  Had a great experience at the Buffalo Wild Wings in Frisco today! My server, Seth, was fantastic. Even though the place was busy, he was attentive, kept the drinks refilled, and made sure our wings came out exactly how we ordered them. It's rare to get such personalized service in a loud sports bar—definitely ask for him if you visit!"

  Got seated at TWO dirty tables. Sticky, chips on the floor, sauce on the tables. The waiter was slow, did not care and was rude about the simple request of wanting a clean table. Just buy their sauce and make it at home. It's delicious but if I gotta clean myself might as well not come in.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. We ordered drinks and food and ended up waiting 50 minutes without receiving anything. What made it worse was that no one came to update us or explain the delay—we had to go ask ourselves. After waiting that long, we were told it would take another 8 minutes, which was frustrating given the complete lack of communication. At that point, we decided to cancel the order. Even then, the staff didn’t seem apologetic or concerned about the experience. They offered free food, but by then the overall service had already left a bad impression. Mistakes can happen, but poor communication and lack of accountability are what really stood out here. Customers shouldn’t have to chase staff just to understand what’s going on with their order.
