  My family and I come here very often — we actually eat here every Mother’s Day. We were just in on Mother’s Day weekend and had excellent service. I asked for a side of olive oil and parmesan cheese for the complimentary bread, and it was brought to me with no hesitation. I came back with my husband this past Saturday (05/16) for my birthday and was waited on by Xenia. I asked again for the olive oil and parmesan cheese, and she rudely said they don’t do that anymore. I explained that I had just been there a week earlier and received it with no problem, and she simply stared at me and rudely repeated herself. I don’t typically write negative reviews, but I think this is something she should be made aware of so she can work on being more courteous with guests. She was also not very attentive throughout the meal and gave off an unwelcoming vibe. Additionally, when my husband handed her the card to pay, she rudely said, “I can’t touch your card! I have to print out the receipt.” Again, we eat here consistently, and this has never been an issue before.

  I order the Margherita pizza every time and frequently ordered for a pick up to take home as I'm obsessed with this pizza. I was so disappointed this last trip as it was not good at all. The biggest issue was there was so much flour on the bottom of the pizza that when you took a bite you got a mouth full of flour, my hands had flour on them. The dough was dry, assuming too much flour and normally the dough has a slight buttery salt garlic taste as I think they brush it with something, not this time. No flavor, dry and a mouth full of flour. I was not able to eat the pizza. And for $17 for a small pizza and not to be able to eat it and as I said I had picked up to take home so didn't want to drive back as was already 20 minutes away. Just disappointing.

  My wife and I used to love coming here. I write this review while sitting at this table for an hour without getting our food. We told the waiter that it was taking too long and paid ahead of time and told them to just give us the food to go. Took a half hour just to get some bread for the starter and they forgot to put in the crab bisque my wife ordered. The restaurant isn’t even that busy tonight and we have watched 2 party’s that were seated after us getting their food before us. Not to mention the jerk chicken sandwich was not very good. Tasted like lightly seasoned chicken that was completely overpowered by the slaw. Extremely disappointed and we won’t be going back. I don’t know if they were understaffed or what the problem was but it doesn’t take that long to make a sandwich and a salad. Poorest hospitality that we have had in a dining experience for a while.
