I don't say this lightly, and take no pleasure in saying it, but almost everything was filthy, unclean, and most likely unsanitary. The bathroom had only one working facility and had literal feces on the wall. We had to take my daughter out of the shop as it was completely intolerable to even attempt to use facilities. The kid working the place was sitting on a chair, playing on his phone doing absolutely nothing in between customers. Every table had stuff, food or other substance on it. Every piece of glass was disgusting. Floors covered in junk, ice cream and sticky substance. This place has been like this for a long time but after last week I will never go back until it’s closed and resold to a new owner. We love Baskin Robbin’s, grew up as a family treat. That said, when we want it, we now drive to Parker in Plano as the shop is night and day difference. They are the closest shop that has the flavors we adore. I hope someone comes along, buys this thing at a bargain, closes the shop and reopens in a better facility with workers who actually care about the business.
