- OGOmar GhneimJun 27, 20261.0I would give this Baskin-Robbins zero stars if I could. We stopped by for ice cream with our family, and it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The employees couldn’t have cared less about customers walking through the door. There was a large puddle of water inside the store, next to the main ice cream freezer, caused by a leaking freezer. We told the staff about it twice. They said they already knew about the leak. While they had placed a wet floor sign nearby, that was nowhere near enough. The water kept spreading, and they made no effort to clean it up, contain the leak, or prevent customers from walking through it. The puddle kept getting bigger, and customers had to step through the water to get around the store. My son ended up slipping because of it. Even after that, the staff showed no concern or urgency. I told them again that someone needed to clean it up because it was an obvious safety hazard, but nothing changed. A wet floor sign is not a substitute for addressing a known hazard. Leaving standing water on the floor while customers, including children, are forced to walk through it is unacceptable. This wasn’t just poor customer service. It was careless and unsafe. The franchise owner needs to take responsibility for how this store is being managed before someone is seriously injured. We won’t be coming back.

No, you are open and serve customers until 8 and then you clean. It’s ice cream so that’s crazy. These employees are just lazy. You cannot close 30 minutes early. If I was the owner I would be extremely upset and fire these employees. Terrible customer service.

This is what I call terrible service, and let me tell you, my taste buds and I will be taking our business elsewhere! I wish I could give ZERO stars!!

This location has both Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins, so you can get both donuts/coffee and some ice cream. The space was inviting and had a great design/aesthetic. The lovely staff member who helped us, Neveah, was very friendly and cheerful when she greeted us, and was accommodating when we wanted to sample a couple flavors before making our selection. There were a couple containers of ice cream that probably needed to be changed or for a new one. A couple flavors had some ice frost or were down to the bottom of the barrel (see pic example), but the flavors we got were great! We ordered cotton candy, pralines and cream, and Jamoca. Cake cones were a little stale, so maybe have them stored in a more airtight container. The table we sat at was not wiped down, so there were a couple drips of ice cream/crumbs on the seat and table. Maybe have staff wipe down the seating area more regularly (or after customers leave the table). Overall nice location, friendly/helpful staff, and good experience. We will be back!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
