- SHStacy HMay 9, 20261.0This location is terrible. I walked in at 7:30 on a Saturday and was told they couldn’t serve me. I said aren’t you open until 8? Answer was yes but we are cleaning. No, you are open and serve customers until 8 and then you clean. It’s ice cream so that’s crazy. These employees are just lazy. You cannot close 30 minutes early. If I was the owner I would be extremely upset and fire these employees. Terrible customer service.

However, the two staff members on duty decided that serving me was a no go, citing their imminent closing time (32 minutes early). To add insult to injury, I witnessed another couple getting the same cold shoulder before me. Talk about a scoop of disappointment! This is what I call terrible service, and let me tell you, my taste buds and I will be taking our business elsewhere! I wish I could give ZERO stars!!

Although many of Baskin-Robbins’ flavors do not contain ingredients with gluten, and are marked as gluten-conscious*, they are NOT produced in a gluten free environment, which means there is always a chance for cross contact with gluten from other products in the manufacturing facility or restaurant. How will I get my birthday rewards?

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
