  I ordered a chicken Cordon Bleu thru the drive thru, I had to wait for at least ten minutes to get my sandwich, when I got home I realized they didn't put the chicken only ham and cheese. I called two times to get credit on my card but nobody answered the phone

  I just don’t understand how when packing mobile order you forget half the order AND put no sauce. It’s not that hard to just pack the order that’s printed on the receipt stuck to the bag, correctly especially when the order itself is so expensive. -Angry/sad pregnant woman

  Took 25 minutes to get my order for 5. If I hadn’t walked up to the counter to check on my food after waiting 10 minutes, I’m convinced I wouldn’t have gotten the order. When the food arrived, the fries were hot but the sandwich was like warm. The staff seemed completely clueless like they had no idea what they were doing.

  I was having an issue with the app. Yuri helped me, provided top customer service and was very kind and pleasant. We definitely will be back because of our experience. We traveled 20min and I will do it again just because businesses don't have this type of service anymore. The food was fresh and exceeded our expectations.
