Sat in the line for 10 minutes and never had my order taken. Once I was first in the line they proceeded to take orders from vehicles behind my car, so we waited another 20 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Management needs to train their team better and teach them how to take orders in the order of the line. And once I finally got my drink they forgot my cold foam and extra caramel😡

We love this place. It's a popular place for the younger crowd. I like the more classic coffees (but the Salted Caramel and Banana Bread is great). My kids like the smoothies and the fizz sodas. The service is quick and our server Lily was very friendly and patient with my indecisive 7yo. They have the Chik-fil-a model of drive through efficiency down as well.

The 1-Star is due to management not doing their job well. The staff working this afternoon are all great! They are also severely understaffed, and the line is wrapped around the building, going into the gas station parking lot, and onto the street. Why would you market BOGO at a location that is not properly staffed to handle the traffic? Others had been waiting 45 minutes for their drinks after paying. Luckily, most of the customers understood that the workers were doing their best, working as fast as they could, and did not take out their frustrations on them. To management, you have a good thing here with some great workers. Not managing well is doing a disservice to the community. BTW, Samantha is awesome, and we truly miss Xavier.

We wanted to try 7 Brew just now but unfortunately the service was terrible so we left. We were patiently waiting in line and then were told to get in the 2nd lane. We did that and were not served. The car in front of me was and then the girl walked inside and no one else came up after a couple minutes. The line we were previously in was pulling up and getting served before us. It appears to be a place high schoolers go so maybe they choose to serve their friends first.

I ordered ahead in hopes it would help the wait time. I arrived and the line was getting long but not terrible. A girl was going back and forth through cars — skipped mine then went inside. 4 cars got out before I did and I waited over 30 minutes for a Brewberry that was not correctly made. I complained a bit to the man at the window and he tried making joke of it. I understand a rush but 30 minutes for a drink when that’s all they provide at that is INSANE. Also to be skipped in taking my order didn’t help. Do better!
