  Really frustrating experience last night. I ordered Wingstop for delivery and paid the delivery fee. The DoorDash driver picked up my food and then canceled the delivery. I called Wingstop because I couldn’t get anyone on DoorDash, and they told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to contact DoorDash. I spent around 20 minutes trying to get someone from DoorDash, only to be told that Wingstop needed to handle it. I called Wingstop back and spoke to the manager for the third time. He finally offered to remake my order so I could pick it up. That honestly made me more frustrated because why couldn’t that have been offered when I called the first time? I wouldn’t have minded picking up my food if they had helped me from the beginning. Instead, I wasted a lot of time being sent back and forth between Wingstop and DoorDash. By the time it was finally resolved, it was around 11 PM. I understand things happen, but this could have been handled so much easier.

  They don't accept 100 dollars bills cus it messes with their computer that's crazy we are in America cash is king

  Tonya and Rico gave good customer service offering the new flavors and something I didn’t even know about the flavor of the fries plus they were so friendly

  What a rip off $14 for ten wings, I asked for just wings the kid could have told me it's less to order a combo, I had also asked if I could get less wings, he should have just said it's cheaper for a combo, and then he charged me for ranch too. $17 for 10 wings and ranch. A combo with fries, drink and ranch was $12.49. i wont be back here

  What an absolute horrible establishment. We were told our order was ready so we drove over to the store. Upon arrival we were told it would be an additional 10-15 minutes. We understood that as it was busy so I sat down and waited. After 20 minutes I asked for a status update and was told they did not know when my order would be ready. I asked why then I was given the times previously stated when both of those were incorrect. The manager then stated the had nearly 200 orders to fill. It was at this point I asked if they were currently making my order or not to which they said no. I said to refund the order and left as that was completely unacceptable. They set the expectation and then lied about it. Had I known there were that many orders and it would be so long I would have cancelled it earlier. They wasted a great deal of my time unnecessarily because the employees lied. Will never go here again.
