    First time at this McDonalds and WOW horrible drive thru experience. Firts the lady that took my order WHATED me when she couldn’t understand what I asked. BTW, Just left as I write this. Ordered a 10 piece chicken nugget for my kids. Asked for an extra empty box any box so I can split the nugget with my two kids and add ketchup which btw the lady that took my order took it upon herself to write on my order “no sauce” order (#1347) the guy at the window grabbed the manager just to tell me she can’t give me a box. She closed the window and came back with a paper container which is fine but she proceeded to say “this will be the last time I give you a box” rudely mind you she’s the manager bro no rude. I have never had an issue asking for an extra box at any other McDonald’s and I would even pay for it if I had that’s no the issue it was everyone’s attitude there also so horrible how do you tell a customer “WHAT” rude last time not sure how they are still in business.

    I ordered 4 cheeseburgers plain but when they came out they weren't plain and I also ordered 1 spicy McChicken with no lettuce but they gave me no lettuce and tomato the cashier put it in wrong

    We always get the same stuff everytime we go and there are not many of the employees that know how to ring up a double homestyle meal without just adding an extra patty. The tables and floor are usually dirty.

    I seldom go to fast food restaurants to eat. But I was starving, and had to pull over and get something really, really quick. So I decided to visit the McDonald's at Friendswood. I got the big breakfast meal and a sausage egg mcmuffin. I didn't even get through half of the food until something was hanging from my mouth, and it was about 4 or 5 strands of hair, definitely definitely against the osha safety code as well as the board of health. I spoke with the manager after speaking to the i guess the assistant. manager who look at me to tell me that's not likely, and none of his people, he stopped mid-sentence, and I guess he realized what he was saying, went and got the manager. She comes out instead of apologizing. She gets defensive right away, come talking about. "that's impossible" as I replied. How is impossible when no one is wearing hairnettes? Make a long story short. I will be contacting the board of health and osha. I still got the strands of hair and the plastic bag, and I mean not only was I disturbed by the hair in my food, but the conduct of the manager there, who kept telling me that you can call corporate and refuse to give me her name. What a poor example of leadership

    I do not know what has happened to this McDonald's location. I used to consider it among the best in the world. Now they cannot even keep the drive thru operating properly. I was with another person and we had two orders for drive thru pickup. They immediately sent me to a parking space. I sat there and received one of the orders after more than 10 minutes waiting. The staff went into the restaurant after being told I was missing my second order. The same staff person proceeded to serve car after car that had arrived well after me. I had to get out of the car and go into the restaurant in total disgust of the poorly managed operation. My food from the first order had already gone to room temp by the time I received the second order. Never again will I subject myself to such incompetence.
