  I am completely blown away by the incredible experience we had, all thanks to Ana and Miranda. They truly deserve their work together because they are the definition of rockstars! Ana (The Bartender): She is a absolute master of her craft. Not only were the drinks perfect, but her energy, speed, and warmth made the entire night. She treated us like VIPs from the second we sat down.Miranda (The Manager): She runs an incredible floor. She checked on us personally, ensured everything was flawless, and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her leadership clearly sets the standard here.Dave & Buster’s has great games, but it’s Ana and Miranda who make it a world-class experience. Give them the win! They earned it!

  I hosted my son’s birthday and it took so much pressure off my shoulders. Recommend hosting your party here the Manager Miranda and server Heather made sure my whole party was very well taken care of. Prices was amazing it was a party of around 25 people and pricing was not bad at all. Miranda made everything so easy and was very attentive checking in throughout the whole time made us for sure feel valued. As for Heather she was quick in service always held a smile and I wouldn’t be able to explain how grateful I am for such an amazing experience. Reserve your parties with them! Great prices for all food and even power card when you go through party planning!

  We had a great experience at Dave & Buster’s Friendswood! Will, our server, was very friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Carlos, the manager, was also extremely kind and welcoming and took the time to make sure everything was going well. The food was delicious, everything came out great, and the service made our experience even better. We really appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was. We had a wonderful time with our family and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!

  We had a wonderful experience at Dave & Buster’s! I especially want to recognize Ana, one of the bartenders, for her excellent service. She was friendly, attentive, professional, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her positive attitude really made our visit enjoyable. I also want to give a big shout-out to Carlos Garcia, the manager, for being welcoming and making sure everything was running smoothly. It’s clear that Carlos cares about the guests and his team. Ana and Carlos both provided outstanding customer service and made us feel very welcomed. Great job to both of them! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending Dave & Buster’s to others.

  I had an excellent experience at Dave & Buster’s Baybrook, and a huge part of that was because of the General Manager (Carlos Garcia). His leadership, professionalism, and genuine commitment to making sure my family and I had a great experience really stood out. It’s clear that they take pride in their team and their location. They were attentive, approachable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Great leadership like this makes a noticeable difference—not only for customers, but for the entire team. Dave & Buster’s is fortunate to have a General Manager who leads by example and truly understands what exceptional customer service looks like. I would absolutely recommend this location and hope their leadership gets the recognition it deserves. Five stars all the way!
