  I’d like to say thank you so much to Carlos for making our evening absolutely perfect. We came to D&B to watch the Spurs playoff game and my bf who just graduated from UHCL Pearland specifically requested we be able to hear commentary. Our party of 10 also included grandparents in their 80s. Carlos personally made sure we could hear (SUPER clearly, we were all so impressed!) and pulled a comfortable executive style chair out for Grandma. I had such a great time chatting with him while I held the table and felt like I had a rapport with him to brag about by the time the family arrived. Not to mention I got credit for arranging the perfect setup lol. I hope this review has even the slightest nudge on his track record as an employee, because customer service naturals like him are SO hard to come by these days. I didn’t see you anywhere on out way out, so thank you again Carlos!

  I had a great experience with Nick as my host. When trying to decide on the all day game pass or the regular pass, Nick walked me through the entire arcade and showed me which games are included with each. This was special to me because he genuinely listened to us and helped us choose the best option. Come to find out, Nick is only 17 years old. He has more people skills than his peers in their 30's. Something about him tells me that he'll be successful in whatever he chooses to do in his life. Go Nick!!! Also, big shout-out to Carlos, Nick's manager, for creating a great work environment for these kids to thrive in.

  Great for family fun also good for a rainy day or sunny day trying to stay out of the heat. My grandchildren greatly enjoy it. They serve adult beverages, service was slow. The bar tender kept passing by us but never stopped and asked if we had already ordered or needed to order so that was disappointing. I was impressed the restaurant were clean. It was difficult to find parking we had to park across the street at the container store parking lot. They do have tables you can reserve for a private party. Section 3 is closest to the arcade area so if you don’t want to be near the arcade request table 1. They are only 3 and they are located right in front of the bar.

  Never been to Dave & Busters before, after today I never will again. It was a Terrible experience. One that could have been avoided if someone would have walked me through the entire convoluted process. However they do not. They stay at the podium watching you try to make sense of it all. I thought I figured it out but I got to the table to order and the server asked for my QR Code, in addition to the card I got the kiosk. I didn’t see anything about a QR Code on the screen whenever I paid the $28.00. The manager asked if I had the APP.. Uh NO. I don’t have the Dave & Busters App on my phone. So now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for my refund which might as well be a month. Instead of having a fun night with my friends while we celebrate my buddy’s little boy’s birthday all I wanted to do was cancel everything and get the hell out of there. Do yourself a favor and avoid that place. You don’t need the aggravation

  My child and her school orchestra came here for a performance in front of judges. After their performance, they were allowed to play games. When my child and her friends went to redeem their tickets for prizes, a white manager Tory began accusing her of stealing, despite the fact that she had already redeemed her tickets. Throughout this time, the white manager Tory rushed my child and her friends, who were simply browsing and choosing their prizes. Meanwhile, a different group of white students was running around, throwing merchandise around and playing roughly, yet my child and her friends—Hispanic 12-year-olds—were the ones who faced accusations of stealing.
