  We came here for a birthday party on a Friday night. We had a big table so our ticket was split into 4 different tickets. I ended up being charged whole amount on my card because of an issue with their POS. When I asked for my money back in cash, they said they “couldn’t find my transaction” so they couldn’t pull the cash from the till to refund me at that very moment. The manager assured me my money would be back in my account by Monday. Robert Weeks, the assistant general manager called me the next morning and miraculously found my transaction. The refund has supposedly been issued to my account but is now 2 days shy of a week and I still have not received my money back. After emailing Robert Weeks and asking for an estimated day on my refund he told me “it’s out of his hands and it’s now up to my bank” but when I called my bank there’s no pending return on my account. I also expressed how this has been affecting my family because I’m now having to move bills back because my budget that night was not even close to what they charged me. I have 2 young children and a baby on the way and his sense of urgency, lack of empathy and understanding is honestly offensive. A million dollar company like this should not be making mistakes like these that affect a families day to day life and have no remorse or accountability.

  I love this place, the Manager Carlos is fantastic and so kind and helpful. All of the staff are so welcoming and understanding. 10/10 definitely recommended this location, it is the best one I’ve been to.

  Dave & Buster’s Friendswood is a great spot for a fun night out with family, friends, or coworkers. The arcade has a wide variety of games for all ages, and the atmosphere is lively without feeling overwhelming. We enjoyed dinner and drinks before playing, and the food was solid—especially the wings and appetizers. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the location near Baybrook Mall makes it easy to pair with shopping or other plans. It can get busy and noisy during peak hours, so going earlier in the evening or on a weekday makes for a more relaxed experience. Overall, it’s a reliable choice for birthdays, date nights, or group outings, and we’ll definitely be back.

  Took my granddaughter Rylie to Dave & Buster’s in Friendswood, and we had an absolute blast! Watching her have so much fun, playing games, laughing, and making memories together was worth every penny. The place had a great atmosphere with plenty of entertainment for all ages. Nothing beats spending quality time with your grandbaby and seeing that big smile on her face! Definitely a fun place to bring the family, and we’ll be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I recently attended this location last weekend in celebration of my youngest brother’s birthday. I decided to treat my brother and his family to a night of games and festivities, but it was incredibly short-lived. Upon arrival, I purchased a bundle that included 4 cards, which were supercharged with chips (~160 each). The issues that we encountered was 1) an unprecedented amount of games were broken, and 2) the staff was unprofessional. There were no announcements, or signs, that indicated that the games were not functioning or working properly. So, as my brother and his kids kept paying (with chips) to play the game, they came to find out that it was not working. Most of their chips (and mine as well) were spent on games that were not working. When we tried to receive assistance with this matter, we were first met with resistance and told to “wait for the manager or go find him on the floor.” This was absolutely outrageous. All-in-all, we managed to receive ONLY 20 chips in return. This celebration turned out to be short and disappointing.
