  Out of half the menu and even though they had no beans gave me an amount of meat that would starve an infant. Still spent $16 somehow

  This Chipotle provided what seems to be intentionally bad service today and it's the worst service I've ever gotten at any Chipotle. I used the app, per usual with one difference. When my order was picked up, every burrito was wrong and 2 out of 3 beverages were wrong. One of our burritos is so simple it's literally extra meat and cheese. It was wrong. The steak burrito was some kind of shredded meat that I won't eat because I don't know if it's pork or not. A steak burrito usually has cubed steak. The other burrito was supposed to have brown rice. None of them do. 1 Mexican coke and two fresca drinks turned into 1 Mexican coke, a coke and a diet or coke zero (I'm not sure which one but it's not even a regular coke). That's intentional. You really have to be a terrible or miserable employee(s) to screw up an order because the customer didn't add the tip. If I don't tip on pickup orders, I generally double the cash the next go round or add cash at pickup. Never doing it again with any of them. It was so bad, I called customer care because you can't get ahold of the store manager and now I'm writing a review because I want to be sure that this location is aware of what's going on with their staff did today. Way to go Friendswood. There aren't many chains worth ordering from anymore and by the looks of it, you guys want to make sure Chipotle is one of them. $60 bucks worth of horrible service. Make sure you tip them how they want to be tipped or be prepared for horrible service. How do you screw up a chicken and rice burrito? On purpose. That's how.

  I think they count the amount of everything they put on your order, I got a chicken bowl and the amount of chicken I got was laughable. Got a side of guac and they filled it half way. Just DON'T.
