  Not necessarily related to this location but the AI customer service is awful. Ordered at the wrong location tried to stop the order could not. Ordered in person and could not get a real person. I literally had to lie to the AI person after 20min and tell them someone threw food in my face to get an agent, I was giving the details of my new order and the agent who is obviously not from the US didn’t understand and I was already mad and I yelled the zip code over and over and he hung up. I don’t blame him but it should have never gotten to that point. All for proof that I reordered my food which we did we actually ordered more but I was very frustrated. Get rid of AI!!!

  This is the last time I give the Friendswood Chipotle my hard earned money! Aside from my son biting into a plastic twisty tie, aside from them charging me for queso Blanco that I did not order, aside from the 5 chips in my "Large" bag of chips, aside from not even half of a spoon of guacamole that I paid for, the rice was mush and they were out of chicken by the 3rd bowl in my oder, the chicken that I did get was hard af! Worst Chipotle I have EVER been too! I never call the restaurant or leave reviews but today I did both!

  This Chipotle provided what seems to be intentionally bad service today and it's the worst service I've ever gotten at any Chipotle. I used the app, per usual with one difference. When my order was picked up, every burrito was wrong and 2 out of 3 beverages were wrong. One of our burritos is so simple it's literally extra meat and cheese. It was wrong. The steak burrito was some kind of shredded meat that I won't eat because I don't know if it's pork or not. A steak burrito usually has cubed steak. The other burrito was supposed to have brown rice. None of them do. 1 Mexican coke and two fresca drinks turned into 1 Mexican coke, a coke and a diet or coke zero (I'm not sure which one but it's not even a regular coke). That's intentional. You really have to be a terrible or miserable employee(s) to screw up an order because the customer didn't add the tip. If I don't tip on pickup orders, I generally double the cash the next go round or add cash at pickup. Never doing it again with any of them. It was so bad, I called customer care because you can't get ahold of the store manager and now I'm writing a review because I want to be sure that this location is aware of what's going on with their staff did today. Way to go Friendswood. There aren't many chains worth ordering from anymore and by the looks of it, you guys want to make sure Chipotle is one of them. $60 bucks worth of horrible service. Make sure you tip them how they want to be tipped or be prepared for horrible service. How do you screw up a chicken and rice burrito? On purpose. That's how.
