  My experience with this location was HORRIBLE. I have had several BAD experiences with the food, however, out of convenience I returned again but that will NEVER happen again. I called to speak with a manager and the "RGM" as he stated he was talked very RUDELY to me. I am asking that you all PLEASE STOP patronizing this location in Fresno, TX. The food was hideous from the incomplete covering of cheese on the pizza to the rationed (sparingly) sprinkled toppings of hamburger, bacon and pepperoni. I was told I will not be getting a replacment order unless I bring the pizza back which TRULY IS an inconvenience because I don't travel that way home everyday. I WILL be taking my complaint to the BBB as well as over the "RGM's" head. I am so saddened by my experience and they say "patronize". This Pizza Hut location will NEVER see me again. However, they WILL hear from me again. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! #MoneyWasted #UnsatisfiedCustomer

  The food is always good here. I've been coming here for the last year. It's always hot and fresh. The employees are also friendly.

  They took more than an hour to have 2 pizzas ready!!!! The app said the wait time was 15 minutes, it said ready for pick up within 10 minutes and when I arrived they said it wasn’t ready yet and I had to wait. Since the time I placed the order to the time that it was handed to me it was 1 hour 15 minutes. For TWO medium pepperoni pizza!
