  Forgot my order ,we’re too busy asking for a review and forgot my girlfriends apple pie dessert $7 down the drain good food but watch that receipt like a hawk

  Do not buy from this Teal Run location. Very unprofessional youngerstaff/employees. There is a young man working there by the name Gerry/Jerry was walking around picking out his Afro. around food.

  Manager at the front is outstanding. Went here and really felt welcomed and appreciated for my business. Not many places give great customer service especially fast food but they set the bar high at this location.

  I wish I could give ZERO stars. This Pizza Hut is a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and BIG WASTE OF TIME. I called to place my order for 2 small personal pan pizzas and wings. I NEVER got the pizzas after 50 mins and they didn’t compensate me in any way. I needed the pizzas for my kids’ lunch. They quoted me 15-20 mins over the phone. I arrived 15 mins from the time I placed my order. I paid and waited patiently in the lobby. Eventually I asked how much longer because 10 more minutes passed. A girl told me 6-7 more minutes. I waited another 10 minutes and then told the girl that I’m going to miss my kids lunch and to check again. I observe her confronting 2 male workers and the guys realizing my order was never made. After that the girl just avoided me, probably embarrassed because the 2 men hadn’t even began making the pizzas but she quoted 6 mins 20 mins ago. I finally get the attention of another guy and ask for the manager. He gets the same guy who never made the pizza. The man comes up and tells me he can’t process the refund and the people online don’t know what’s going on in store. He tries to offer free sodas. I declined because the kids are 4 and don’t drink soda. Eventually after a lot of back and forth, I leave with no pizzas and just wings. He refunded the pizzas only to my card and absolutely NO compensation for the fact that I waited 50 mins and still did not have lunch for my kids. He never apologized or took accountability for the fact he just forgot to make the pizzas. I ended up going across the street to Little Caesars Pizza and got a pizza ready to go. Extremely disappointed and honestly PISSED bc my kids did not get lunch on time.
