  I placed a order online and got home and order was wrong I called and explained and the lady that answered said to come back and she’d fix it all I understand things happen I work in fast food and I appreciate them fixing the problem and re doing my order thank you to the management

  When did this location several times it seems every time they get the order wrong and one way or another. This time I was picking up lunch for my wife and I to take to her where she's working today and they forgot to put ketchup and dipping sauces for chicken nuggets also we ordered flavored tea paid extra for it and they forgot the flavoring.

  Worst Sonic I have ever been to. Took almost 20 mins for them to take my order. Food was beyond horrid. I honestly dont know how a restaurant is allowed to serve food this bad. Hamburger meat smelled rotten and had a strange color to it. Calling the health department. Absolutely unacceptable.

  Made an order at 12:09, for a 12:15 pickup. Arrived checked in at 12:12, food didnt start cooking till 12:29. Received order at 12:36. For an order if two drinks and a small chicken nuggets, this was unacceptable. Watching people pull up, order, get their items, and leave, before I do, has left me no longer wanting to visit again. Sonic, you failed.
