- WMWesley Marshall6 days ago1.0I went through the drive through and ordered a strawberry matcha keep in mind that I come to this location and order this drink often. My match was basically strawberry milk with only a faint hint of matcha. Sorry Htea o I had to be "that guy" and go in and ask them to make me a new one or a refund. The young man was slow and hesitant to refund me and didn't want to remake my drink either my match drink was almost 9.00 and strawberrymilk i basically recieved. I buy these drinks often I know what they taste like from this or any other location I visit. News flash HTea O Fredericksburg please stop cutting corners and try to make your customer service better. I was not happy getting a refund as opposed to the drink that I should've received properly prepared. I gave the drive through attendant a almost $4.00 tip as well. Im a great customer if treated like one and received properly made drinks the second time ive had to do this. The first time the young lady was kind enough to make me a proper matcha.

- TDTraci DuqueJun 20, 20261.0Went through drive thru, never been before...Lady taking the order was very rude...because we didnt know exactly what to order ...Went to window and then she was worse...when i gave her my card she asked for a tip for the workers....i told her no tip, she got upset and abruptly gave us our drinks....called to complain and found out she is the MANAGER....The owners need to know she isnt conducting herself in a very good manner...we will not do business with this establishment again ....
