  The tea is absolutely the best but on my last visit I felt pressured regarding a tip. I paid with cash & before she gave me my change she asked if I wanted to add a tip. Perhaps it's just me but I prefer to make that decision on my own after I receive my change.

  HteaO has always been consistently good for my wife and me. We usually change flavors with each visit so we pop in for tasting. We love it. I wish Kerrville had one.

  A shout out. Having worked in healthcare and trained people on infectious pathogens, and the importance of hand washing I want to give a shout out to the two young men working on Friday, around 12:20. I noticed an older generation using his hands to dig in the self serve fruit dispenser. I immediately, discreetly made the gentleman at the register aware and he immediately addressed the issue. For those who has never worked in the food industry or healthcare, this may seem moot. However, it is a serious issue and I am glad to see these young men realize it and quickly removing the contaminated product before any customers could get access. I know there manager takes these things very serious, as done the corporation and it is reassuring to see that safety trickles down. EXCELLENT JOB GUYS.

  Not typically one to write a negative review however an employee at Fredericksburg location told me that’s typically where HTeaO deals with complaints. We are regulars at many HTeaO locations throughout Texas recently the closest location is in Fredericksburg Texas it is fairly new and seems to be kept up aesthetically. 2 times in the last week and a half we have visited and gotten freshly poured large and huge teas and both times not so fresh Texas Chai Gallons. The first time we didn’t pay much attention to the (chug by) date of the next day July 21st and most recently purchase August 1st 2026 I knew something was off when pouring as it poured more like syrup than tea. Sure enough take a sip and it’s disgusting and did not taste anything like tea. We are very disappointed by the way the employee was trained on how to handle this issue in the public eye and ended ip say here’s you a free tea card hopefully the franchise owners see this and correct their training.
