- RRRinAug 7, 20264.0Nice people. Relaxing pace. But the way the store is organized makes you go back and forth across the store and the aisles are too small for the amount of traffic there is. I do like that the restrooms and a bench are located in the center of the store BEFORE you get to checkout, it makes shopping so much less stressful when I can sit or use the bathroom when I need to, and not have to abandon my cart in the middle of the store somewhere or wait until I get my groceries in the car.

Their attention to detail was outstanding, and we received so many compliments on the flowers.

Let me start by saying I love HEB, but the curbside service they offer has to be the worst department by a mile at this store. Whomever oversees it should truly be ashamed of the way groceries come out to customers. There seems to be no guidance to how items should be bagged or placed in vehicles. I have bread smashed and bananas or avocados smushed in the basket brought out to my vehicle regularly. Or, they flat out dont care and they jusy grab it and stuff a bag as full as they can and throw it in the cart. It really has been pitiful for years. It used to be every now and again, and now we just tell them we will load it ourselves to at least keep things that weren't damaged inside when they were bagged from getting damaged being loaded. I challenge management to do secret curbside orders to see for themselves. Im talking large family of 4 orders, not a few items. If youre going to offer a service that items are marked up for, it should measure up to the quality that is expected from HEB.
