    Service was so slow and they forgot items. Employees were not friendly and did not help or greet efficiently even when noticing me. Ladies room was filthy. Wouldn’t recommend stopping if you are passing through for travel as we were.

    Im not sure whats going with this location but the quality of food has gone down hill. Food was cold and the side salad I wasted $5 on was completely rotten. The chicken taste different too. Disappointed, this was my go to but after the past two visits im done.

    I usually come here during lunch when I'm working in this city on Tuesdays and Thursdays...I normally don't eat the bottom bun because it's just too much bread...but, today 6/23/26.. after I ate my meal, I flipped the bottom bun while I was closing the lid and I found something attached to the bun...WHAT IS THAT? ..it feels moist , doesn't look like chicken and it's kind of pink and stuck on the bread. Receipt number 705269 at 12:24pm.

    I normally don’t leave reviews, but this experience has continued to bother me weeks later. On May 21, I slipped and fell in the foyer of this Chick-fil-A while carrying my 2-year-old daughter. We both ended up on the ground. As any parent would, my immediate concern was making sure she was okay, so I took her to the restroom to check her over before approaching management. When I later spoke with the manager, I explained what had happened and asked to file a report documenting the incident. I was told there wasn’t a report to file. After continuing to ask for documentation, notes were eventually taken, but I was later told I would not be receiving any copy or documentation regarding the incident. What was most disappointing was the response I received. Rather than concern for a mother and child who had just fallen, I felt questioned and dismissed. I was asked why I hadn’t reported it immediately, despite the fact that I had just fallen while carrying my daughter and was trying to make sure she was okay first. I was also told I had no witnesses because I did not have anyone’s contact information, despite people witnessing the aftermath and checking on us. The fall itself was upsetting, but the way the situation was handled afterward was far more disappointing. After leaving, my husband contacted Chick-fil-A’s customer care line and filed a formal incident report as well as a complaint regarding how the situation was handled. We were told someone would contact us within 2–3 business days. When no one reached out, we followed up again and were once again told to expect a response within 2–3 business days. It has now been over three weeks since the incident, and we have still received no response despite being twice told to expect follow-up within 2–3 business days. What surprises me most is that this happened at Chick-fil-A. The company has built a reputation for excellent customer service, kindness, and care for its guests. Because of that reputation, I expected much more compassion, communication, and follow-through than what we experienced. Accidents can happen anywhere. What matters is how people are treated afterward. As a mother who fell while carrying her 2-year-old daughter, I wasn’t looking for anything extraordinary. I simply expected concern for our well-being, proper documentation of the incident, and the courtesy of a response after a formal report was filed. Instead, more than three weeks later, we are still waiting for the follow-up we were twice promised.

    I ordered an 8-piece nugget meal with fries and a Dr Pepper through the drive-thru. After returning to work, I realized the fries were missing from my order. I drove 10 minutes back across town to have the issue corrected. When I returned, the drive-thru employee taking orders informed me that because more than 20 minutes had passed since I received my order, they could remake the chicken nuggets as well. I was instructed to pull up to the pickup door. After explaining the situation to another employee, the manager came out and told me they would not remake the nuggets. No apology was offered for the missing item or the inconvenience of having to return. I then asked to speak with the owner, who was inside the restaurant. I was told that the manager had already discussed the issue with her and that the manager was to handle it. The owner stated to the manager, "In her business, they will not remake food." Rather than addressing my concerns or apologizing, the owner then loudly told the manager, "This issue is holding up traffic, either get her the missing fries, or she needs to leave." Mistakes happen, and I understand that orders can occasionally be incorrect. What was most disappointing was not the missing fries, but the complete lack of customer service, accountability, and professionalism from management and ownership when the issue was brought to their attention.
