In the past, the Franklin Pizza Hut was kind of a hit or miss depending on what Kids were working that night, but this new manager is on top of things apparently, because I’ve had nothing but excellent service since he’s been running the show!

They do not deliver or assist with any issues with online ordering. They have ONE carry out deal and their manager refuses to assist with customer support because “he’s busy and said he can’t help you”.

They did not deliver. The pizza was put together very poorly. Sent out wrong pizza first. Thank goodness I check it. Might give them another chance.
