  I normally don't leave reviews, but I felt this experience needed to be shared because I truly love this Wingstop. In fact, I pass up the location that's less than a mile from my house just to come to this one because I've always enjoyed the food and service. My coworker and I placed an order together. I ordered first and received my fountain drink. After taking a sip, my coworker joined me and mentioned that she had been informed there was a boil water notice and had been given a bottled drink instead. I politely went back to the counter and explained the situation to the young cashier. She was patient, respectful, and had excellent customer service. She simply tried to exchange my drink and asked her manager what the proper procedure was. Unfortunately, the interaction with the manager, Elizabeth, was disappointing. She stated, referring to me, "She already has a drink and has been drinking out of it." I calmly explained that I wasn't aware of the boil water notice when I received my drink. I also explained that I was requesting a bottled beverage because I am a cancer survivor with a weakened immune system and wanted to be extra cautious. I made it clear that I was fully prepared to purchase the bottled Sprite if necessary. My concern was never about getting something for free—it was simply about my health and safety. Elizabeth told me she was unaware of the boil water notice, yet continued speaking to me in a tone that made me feel as though I was trying to get something for free or couldn't afford to buy a Sprite. That assumption was both unnecessary and unprofessional. I was more than willing to pay for the bottled drink if that was the policy. Because of how I was treated, I decided to take my food to go instead of dining in. It was disappointing because this has always been my preferred Wingstop, and I have gone out of my way to support this location instead of the one that's less than a mile from my home. I hope management addresses both communication during situations like a boil water notice and the importance of treating customers with empathy and respect. I also want to recognize the young cashier, who was kind, professional, patient, and did everything she could to help. Her customer service was exceptional, and she should be commended for the way she handled the situation.

  Asked for garlic Parmesan and lemon pepper and can't taste the flavor on neither. Basically fried wings smh. Fries cold and warmed up fries isn't good. Won't be back again
