  They are very slow with orders. Has gotten worse since the Chicago company bought out the family. I like that they cook when ordered . But when you pre-order on the app. And get there a minute or 2 past the time they say to get there you still wait for your food for 10 minutes.

  I wish I could give negative stars because the food was cold. The condiments are missing and my kids meal didn’t include a cookie!

  Asked for ketchup when placing my order and when I paid and I also asked when given my drinks had to pull forward and wait and didn't get any ketchup

  This restaurant is by far the worst of the ones I visit in the area from Elizabethtown to Grapevine and Irving. I will never return to this location. Ordered the sausage breakfast bowl with the jalapeño and cheddar biscuit with a side of sausage gravy. What I received was a bowl with barely any egg and hash browns, and my sausage gravy barely had any sausage in it. I sat at the window close to 15 mins only to have my order practically thrown at me and with no utensils or napkins. The girl that took my order and handled the transaction was very unprofessional and lacked any courtesy! I will not be going back.

  Then night shift sucks. 7am+ day shift is the best. I always encounter problems when coming during dinner or late at night. I honestly wish they could train the night shift to have better customer service and handle things in a professional or reassuring way. Alexis(young lady) told me my order that THEY MESSED UP would be remade, all I had to do was come to the window. I WAIT 20 dam minutes and they tell me to pull up to the white line and ask me for my receipt which I tried to show them on my phone with the order number but instead nothing was resolved. (Max) seemed off. I asked for my food and told him I’ll just pay because I had already sat and waited and he says they didn’t make the BISCUIT and spicy filet😒 I’ll take the drive to another location any day. Waste of my time and money!
