  everytime i come to this whataburger, the girls are so sweet! i didn’t catch the name of the girl who helped me tonight but you are the sweetest soul & your lashes looked so good!

  Not bad I guess I caught them during shift change Fries were warm burger was a lil over cooked Nice employees though

  Food is ok, they always smush the burgers. The buns are always smashed and burgers are a mess. The biggest problem with all what a burgers not just this location is how long they take to give you your order at the drive through. It’s a minimum 15-20 minute wait. If there’s more than 4 people at the drive through it’s for sure a 25-30 min wait. They need to address this issue in all locations.

  Will not be returning anymore. After MONTHS of My Life being basically starved because My Body no longer tolerated Meat after experiencing a traumatic event, I continued going to Whataburger to get Fries 🍟. My Whataburger Account actively has over 10,000 points, and I have spent a SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONEY at your establishment over time even though I don't eat burgers anymore. I'm AUTISTIC, so I have a Great Deal of Difficulty navigating Life in TEXAS because I'm ALSO a Homosexual who's been consistently hate crimed in public spaces to the point that I don't feel Safe at ALL in Public. I had told manager Marcus that the last Whataburger I frequented before making this location My Regular Spot, I was hate crimed out of being able to go to the Whataburger in North Richland Hills because Texans seem to have SERIOUS Issue about Me being alive without THEIR permission. Well, someone close to one of your employees verbally assaulted Me, insulted Me, and was extremely cruel towards Me because as an Autistic Individual I struggle to Understand Social Cues and spent more than 9 months trying to figure out if one of your employees was interested in Me. I spent MONTHS watching YouTube videos to try to understand why one of your employees kept seeming like they were happy to see Me in ways that they never acted around anyone else that I ever saw come into your establishment. After deciding to take a shot and ask the employee to be friends even though I didn't know if he was Homophobic like most Texans have shown to be (forcing Me out of all public spaces) it turned out that even though your employee was giving Me signals for MONTHS he apparently had a girlfriend. And she found My Social Media and TORE ME TO PIECES for asking your employee to be friends with Me because I'm a Homosexual. After that incident, the employee NEVER apollogized for his girlfriend assaulting Me for being a Homosexual, and instead of reassuring Me that she was wrong and it was Safe for Me to continue spending Money in Your Restaurant, he blocked Me without a single word, which makes Me feel like it's Not Safe for Me to Return because I am afraid that if I go back to get My French Fries like I've done FOR SO LONG, I'm likely to be treated with Extreme Hostility. This is the SECOND WHATABURGER that I've been Hate Crimed out of being able to eat at, and this was the Whataburger nearest to where I live. Now I have to drive REALLY far away to get French Fries, and by the time I get home with them they're COLD. Bigoted Prejudice against Homosexuals is TOO COMMONPLACE, especially within Whataburger as a Company because this is NOT the first time that My Sexual Orientation has caused employees to be cruel towards Me. This is Unacceptable that I feel SO UNSAFE after I've spent SO MUCH MONEY. ALL I want is to be able to get My DANG French Fries without being Hate Crimed. I'm DEEPLY Disappointed that I don't feel Safe at yet another place I've frequented for Food. I'm ALREADY Starving because My Body won't tolerate Consuming Meat because My Distress Levels are consistently too high for My Body to consume complex proteins anymore. I'm SO tired of being Forced Out of Public Spaces because you're all apparently afraid of the big bad Homosexuals who wanna eat French Fries in Peace without being Openly Hated Upon. It's not the First Time your employees have harmed Me, and I never raised issues before because I chose to be the bigger person, but DANG what the HELL that I literally can't eat here anymore. I spend money on French Fries EVERY SINGLE DAY because there's almost No Foods I can Safely Consume being so consistently in Severe Distress from being hate crimed in all public spaces. You'd THINK a business would be concerned about a Special Needs Customer who spends TONS of money there, but NOPE being a Homosexual NEGATES ANYONE feeling Concerned that this frequent spender is Not Safe to Return. DEEPLY DISAPPOINTED. God does NOT Love Me, and it's abundantly clear that Texas will NEVER be My Home because I'm not allowed to even get French Fries 🍟 without being hurt.

  I went thru the drive thru ordered two grilled chicken sandwiches too much sauce a large fry that was not fresh or crispy but rubbery.
