  I recently stopped by Whataburger and had a really satisfying experience overall. From the moment I arrived, the restaurant had a clean, welcoming atmosphere and a friendly fast-food environment that made the visit enjoyable. Even though the location was busy, the staff handled everything efficiently and kept the line moving quickly. The employees were polite, patient, and made sure orders were prepared correctly. I ordered one of their classic burgers along with fries and a drink, and the food came out fresh and hot. The burger was flavorful, juicy, and made exactly the way I requested. The vegetables tasted fresh, the bun was soft, and the portions were generous compared to many other fast-food restaurants. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, and everything tasted freshly prepared instead of sitting under a warmer for too long. One thing that stood out to me was the consistency of the food quality. Whataburger has a reputation for serving reliable comfort food, and this location definitely lived up to that expectation. The restaurant itself was also clean, including the dining area and counters, which made the overall experience more comfortable. I also appreciated how convenient the service was. Whether dining in, ordering takeout, or using the drive-thru, the staff seemed organized and focused on customer satisfaction. Despite being a fast-food restaurant, the service felt more personal and attentive than expected. Overall, Whataburger delivered fresh food, friendly service, and a comfortable dining experience. It’s a great place to grab a quick meal without sacrificing quality, and I’ll definitely be coming back again whenever I’m craving a good burger and fries.

  They take 40 minutes to bring an order for curbside pickup 40 MINUTES! Mind you I put the order in ahead of time to avoid this. I tried this place3 times giving the benefit of doubt but this is the last time I came here. It's always an hour before I get to and leave with the wait and the orders always wrong! Do better yall.

  People are really nice!!! So I really hate to leave this review.... But, what is the purpose of the gloves? The young men at the drive through window, who where very kind, need to be taught that you don't touch the register, your headset, and the top of your hat...and then turn around and touch the food... I was so relieved that they weren't the ones that made my food. Proper food handling methods need to be address before some gets sick. ....and it took way too long to get 3 burgers and 2 shakes.....

  Very polite people! I had a ticket issue and got no attitude about my receipt questions. They were eager to help me even if it meant holding up the line for a few more seconds to see where the extra charge came from. Mind you, when you make a breakfast order and replace a regular drink for a orange juice bottle, even though the charge is not right next to it, it will still upcharge. I figured it would, I just saw one total instead of a break down I thought the were taxing me twice.

  This was my worst experience with any Whataburger ever!! I went thru the drive thru at 2:30 am. Ordered the pancake and bacon platter and 2 chicken biscuits. The hash browns were burned to the point that they were hollow and served in little pieces. And the biscuits were hard as bricks. They remade these three items. However, the biscuits were still hard as bricks. After being asked to leave the dining room, because it was closed (Even though the door was open and I watched at least 4 people go in and out; friends I assume) The manager, David was rude and unprofessional. He said go outside and check it, cause the lobby is closed, if you don't like it, go back then the drive thru. Well, they were hard also. I went back to the drive thru to request a refund and was told by and employee the system is down; so take your receipt and the food and bring it back tomorrow. Awful!!! I've never heard of such rudeness. This night manager has a nasty disposition. I reached out to management, waiting to hear back.
