  need to get their intercom or whatever it is fix, i had said no onions twice to my #5 & they still gave me onions, horrible service

  Okay I ordered on doordash and I feel so bad for the 4 drivers trying to get my order. The third driver said that Whataburger someone had stole my food and so I was kinda like irritated and so the fourth driver came to try to pick it up but the driver said that Whataburger employees were being rude and said we had to contact dd (doordash) so the driver contacted support and pretty much I got a refund. I feel so bad for these driver using there gas and I will NOT be going to this Whataburger

  ⭐️⭐️ Honestly, my experience at the Whataburger on 3501 Altamesa was not good at all, especially dealing with Deja, the manager. The way she handled the situation was very unprofessional and I honestly didn’t feel like she cared about what I was saying. If you’re a manager, you should know how to talk to customers and handle situations without making them feel even more frustrated. I’m not saying this just to leave a bad review, but the way I was treated was unnecessary. I definitely expected better from someone who’s supposed to be running the store.

  First I ask for a large cup of the special lemonade that they had, also ask for honey bbq chicken strip sandwich with jalapenos ranch instead, when I got to the window I was given a med drink. I ask the girl is this a large and she said oh let me get that for I watched her grab the “large” cup and pour it from the med to the large and the med cup filled up the large to the top!! Robbery!! Then the burger was dry they didn’t put the sauce on it they just put it on the side. Smh service these days keeps getting worse.

  This was my first and LAST time here. I haven’t had Whataburger in years so I thought I would be nostalgic and get my chicken strip meal that I used to love. It definitely did NOT hit the spot. I ordered the #13 with gravy and a kids meal. They were out of applesauce as a choice for the kids meal. They also did not give me gravy. I had to go back through the drive through to get the gravy. Gravy is the whole point of the meal for me. I could not go inside because I had my 2 babies in the car. They were not apologetic at all. The woman said, “Just the gravy? You’re not missing anything else?” No, but I guess it’s a regular occurrence for customers to be missing items. She didn’t say thank you either time I went through the line and she didn’t apologize for not giving me all of my items or for wasting my time. Of course when we got home, our food was cold. I definitely won’t be back and can’t recommend this location. I should have just gone to Chick Fil A like I usually do. They have always given me great service and food.
