  A real Whataburger. They make the food good asf. Meat is seasoned right and it’s the way a Whataburger should be. Shoutout all the shifts, but shoutout the night team especially, they’re amazing and fast asf , they don’t play around and have you sitting all day. Shoutout Isaiah , he’s excellent at making sure to go above and beyond for people. Overall, a great Whataburger store in the area.

  I thought the western center location down the road was bad…. After getting food poisoning, we decided maybe it was just a fluke and tried it again. However they only gave us half of what we had paid for. Whatever, it happens. Until this most recent time, we luckily caught the extra side of fries was missing and were able to get that before driving home. But then we got home and opened up what was supposed to be a patty melt to find some random burger that wasn’t even close. The best part? They still put the patty melt sticker on the wrapping. I don’t know if it’s what they’re trained to do or if they piss off enough people in a day but they don’t put much of a fight up when you tell them they messed up. They sent the line cook out to ask if my patty melt should have onions (manager was no where to be found), who was obviously intoxicated with bloodshot eyes and slurred speech. Side note - we witnessed about 5 rats running around right by the drive through. Disappointed to say the least

  These people are cowards, they talk about running in to the lobby. When the line is full, but they shut the lobby at 9 PM. Maybe 10 PM.\n They don't allow people to come insidethe lobby. If you don't have a car, they discriminate against that.

  Definitely the worst Whataburger. Last week I did drive through. Told the lady I wanted egg & cheese taquitos. Got home, taquitos had no cheese. 😡 Went back up there for refund. Gave them another try & ordered on their app. Ordered at 8:01am. Went up there at 8:15am to get my order, they hadn’t even pulled the ticket order yet. 😡 They finally made my order at 8:25am. This is FAST food, right? I won’t be back.

  First off I did not want to post this but since communication has stopped and I am trying to give tine for them to contact me back.I went in to this whataburger around midnight. The service was great but unfortunately I received raw meat on my salad which I had to go to ER for treatment. My husband reached out to whataburger. I received a call from there office of investigation. I had been in contact with someone after I sent over documents from the ER she advised me that she did not received them after a week to find out it was in her spam folder. She contacted me back trying to advised that I didn't have food poisoning. It clearly states on my ER paper work food poisoning. After last conversation 3 weeks ago. I've been trying to contact them during this time with no response or update. So this is my time to let someone else know about my experience granted they did replace my order but I was so disgusted and terrified by the last order. I can't show the picture of the meat because it won't let me. This is my final attempt to resolve this before I take the legal route.
