  Great customer service Christopher was our cashier paid attention to my order which is my favorite # 5 with no pickles and no tomatoes and add jalapenos

  I ordered a very simple meal just jr burger with cheese make meal a medium. Staff gave me avacado burger meal. I told them wrong order and asked for the right order. They gave me same avocado meal again. I told them they keep giving me wrong order. Now, i kept calm because i understand how over worked they probably are from so many orders. They eventually gave me right burger but still small and not medium. What i dont appreciate is how the staff wants to have an attitude when they are the ones who kept messing up my order and they charged me for wrong order and didnt refund me the remaining amount that was due to me and walked off with an attitude. So i left and ill take my services somewhere else from now on.

  The black woman in the blue collared shirt was fantastic! she went out of her way to make sure they didnt forget anything when we pulled around to park for the bathroom. she was very attentive both to employees and the customers, as well as the younger lady with a little red in her hair. they made sure we were taken care of as quick and as friendly as possible, they were the exact opposite of everywhere else where you get stuck with an autobot (as someone who's been in and has done the food industry for abt 6 yrs i definitely get it and im not bashing anyone) theyre real people holding it down and keeping it moving. the store itself was also very clean especially the bathroom, great atmosphere, and also had some oldies playin in the background, we're not from here but will definitely make sure we stop back here on our travels! i hope those woman get the raise and/or promotions they deserve!

  I don't know why it's so hard to get a Spicy Chicken sandwich at Whataburger without pickles. For a company that encourages customizing your burger or sandwich to your exact specifications, they aren't doing a good job following through. 90% of the time this location or any other one lately messes up my order it's the Spicy Chicken sandwich. Employees are friendly once they decide to take your order. Dining room could have been cleaner.

  The man who took our order didn't hear large on our rootbeer so when we got to the window the person gave us a small. We told her that we ordered a large. Then the man came to the window and said that you paid for a small and closed the window. We were willing to pay the difference but he NEVER gave us a chance to say that. Not cool! However our food was perfect, hot and exactly the way we ordered it!
