  If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered online and showed up in the window time for pickup. 1st the app won't let you pickup in drive thru. 2nd I waited 12 mins and no one showed up. Drive thru cleared 3 times. 3rd I go to the drive thru and they give me my food and they put my biscuits and gravy in a bag not even the containers. 4th I get home and the taquitos they charge 4 bucks for is half an egg and 1 thin slice of bacon. Garbage. Whataburger here and on Altamsa are trash. I don't know if it's the owners or the employees or both.

  I just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Amanda at Whataburger! She went above and beyond when she replaced my order. Everything was perfect, and her service was so friendly and efficient. I really appreciate it—definitely made my day!

  I want to say that Ms. Mari is the beta here she has a wonderful personality and best customer service ever!!!!!! She deserves 100000000000 of stars!!!! ASI was here she was motivating her team!!!!!!

  First, the cashier was rude. Then when I made it to the window, she was still rude rolling her eyes I asked for the manager the manager came. I’m reporting her to the manager and manager look at me like OK oh well and this and that no customer service at all and I will not. I will not be going back there until they get some new management in there a new team because if you don’t wanna be at work, find something to do baby customer service is very important!!

  This is generally my favorite whataburger in south Fort Worth, it’s not the closest to me but drive here because odds are better that it will be a better experience than altemesa which is just terrible. However breakfast at 9am here is trash. It’s obvious they are re-heating left overs. You aren’t getting anything made fresh at 9am. They are double frying everything to make it hot again, biscuits burnt, taquitos are placed on the griddle to heat back up because everything is cold. So when you have a grilled tortilla, that’s because they are the-heating it. Sausage will be like jerky, biscuits like croutons, and brown fries because they have been deeper fried twice to re heat them. However, in my order I had two sausage egg and cheese biscuits. When they gave me the bag I could see it was in a white wrapper, which meant that’s not the sausage egg and cheese. I opened it and showed it to the girl at window and said I ordered a sausage egg and cheese and these are not, but if they were I wouldn’t eat this burnt biscuit anyway and could I please get new ones. Girl at the window at 9am was very kind. She got me the correct order. Update: I have now gone back again the next day at 9:30am and order wrong again. The bag had correction receipt. Just wrong items in bag. Same girl at window, super nice. But whoever is doing the cooking and bagging. Food is subpar and re heated and bagging is sloppy. Management needs to correct this “made to order” slogan. Because your food here is not.
