  Was greeted by one of the employees as soon as we walked in. Clean on the inside. And she even came to our table to see how the food tasted and asked if we needed anything else.

  This location is horrible with their drive thru they tell you to go park in parking spots after you paid at the window and take you order forever to get ready. Then when it's time to bring your order they forget what you ordered. 🤦🏾‍♂️

  We have had countless problems at this whataburger location, I was a manager 7 years ago for this business different location. I absolutely know that mistakes happen, however this location has way too many issues typically at night, once they forgot our entire meal for over an hour after making us park in their parking lot to wait and had multiple people keep running up to us with people's orders and asking us our name for that duration of time, we ended up getting refunded. Now tonight, we received old fries that had been re-cooked so they taste bad and very oily. Before we recieved our order. We got told to park in the front of the door and she would bring it out, although NO ONE was in the line. Very odd. We also received the wrong drink size, so we asked to have it changed out nicely and the girl rolled her eyes and said nothing, we told her thank you after she fixed it for us she just stared and said nothing. Again, they were not busy. And then I look at the receipt while waiting and she completely got the wrong name after giving it to her multiple times, i know the headphones can be hard to hear from but this is why its important to take the time to get the correct information or else it could have been a potential issue if they were busy pretty sure the same thing happened last time. Hopefully management takes these issues seriously. It's not horrible, but these small issues can be redirected with a good manager in place.

  Was told to pull around to wait for my drive thru order. Took 15 min and the 2 cars behind me was served first. I had a #1 combo. They had two burger combos. And car 2 had a combo as well..It doesn't make any sense to push me out of the line. Next time they ask me to move. I will just say no. Burger was slightly warm.
