  I always hit a Whataburger when I'm in the Mighty Texas. Always a different location as well. Today, the burger was outstanding! The fries were delicious. The drive thru young lady wasn't very friendly. She wasn't mean by any means. The others were smiling and seemed to enjoy their job. She was definitely annoyed. The drive thru speaker was difficult to hear. Don't know if it was the same bad attitude causing the lack of hearing or the machine. The parking lot had a bunch of garbage all around but, it looks like its mostly from the gas station. Other than that, the food was great!

  This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Whataburger, from placing my order to picking up my food. At the window, there was no greeting, no “thank you,” and barely any communication. They had every car pull forward and park, and we waited almost 10 minutes for our food. When they finally brought it out, there was no ketchup, even though I specifically asked for some. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this experience was really disappointing. Basic manners and friendly service should be the minimum. Management needs to address how customers are being treated and make some changes

  Terrible customer service, don’t use the B lane or you will lose your place in line and be asked to use the other speaker by going back to the end of the line even though they have a sign stating please use both lanes and no cone or sign to indicate the other lane is unavailable. They will completely ignore you when you bring this issue up to them. This location also always messes up my order too. If you ask for no cheese for dairy intolerant reasons they will still put cheese every single time. I highly suggest to avoid this specific location I’d rather drive the distance to the other ones.

  Mariah, which was on front counter was very sweet and very nice and very professional! Jerry the manager who is also very professional make sure the restaurant was clean and neat and took very good care of his customers! This Whataburger is definitely one of my top 5 Whataburger restaurants.

  Ordered in the drive-thru and was told to park in a parking space. Waited 45 minutes before an employee told me my order was lost or given to someone else so they were remaking it. 15 minutes later the manager came out to tell me they had no idea what I ordered. They hadn’t even started remaking my food, so I asked for a refund and left with no food after waiting for an hour. Bad staff, worse processes, poor management.
